That's a normal nuke. Most non-tank/tanky champions caught in a full nuke by Annie with Ignite while below 70%~ health should be dead, that's natural.

Like you said, they shouldn't be at full health.
But if they are, Annie is STILL burning their health bars to NOTHING. That's because of the bug.

Actually, Riot's intention is to bring down the power-creep that's been going on.
We've gotten Jarvan, Vayne, Orianna, etc etc, all extremely strong champions with literally TONS of utility and power in their kits.

Old champions look pitiful in comparison, and team fights with carries seem more like team fights with nukes. One team almost always gets wiped out in 3 seconds.

So they're trying to massage down the power levels so that the fights can be more dynamic and less one-sided.
Not so much that nothing happens, just so that fights last closer to 6~7 seconds so both sides have a little chance to fight (or at least turn tail and run away)

Obviously, you're assuming I'm not a total pro. It's ok, I will forgive you this time you naive little MOBAfire forum goer.

Great Patch, that Alistar nerf was predictable and the ratios should be ok now.
Yorick buff looks neat, the Rumble "nerf" is a Joke.

Yeah, to be honest, so is the Irelia "nerf". I play Irelia a LOT, and honestly, you should keep your Q at rank 1, pretty much, (most pros max W first for the crazy laning/damage it does, and E increases the duration of your stun/slow AND gives bonus damage) so that was an indirect buff, and the ult damage isn't really the reason you use it, it's the Sheen procs.

That Ez buff kind of sucks to be honest. 20 less seconds on his ult isn't all THAT great, and why exactly are Riot reducing the mana costs of a spell 90% of Ezreals don't take until their other two are rank 5...

Yay @ Malz bug fix!

Don't see the need for that Swain nerf... but whatever.

Nerf on Swain looks pretty harsh...
I'm guessing that the Nerf on WW healing was due to the changes made in last patch regarding healing and lifesteal... since they changed some healing/lifesteal mechanics the things tend to stack up and snowball...
Yorick buffs will prolly make him a bit more viable, but the "no decay" on revenant seems a bit too much. I mean, the revived champion can stay there forever now (with heals and sustainable damage) or it has duration?
Rabaddon's nerf is weird. Mainly cause they usually change costs when they change the item stats.
76. GLHF is code for "We are going to rape you". Not returning the favor is giving consent.

Because 90% of Ezreals don't take until their other two are rank 5. Maybe it'll become a reliable harass if they lower the mana cost.

I think the patch was Great! i just bought yorick because i knew they would buff him. but all and all there wasnt too much of anything bad here, theyre just balancing the game. And AP Teemo is stil the **** lol
