I managed to get this once when I DC'ed within those 8 (?) seconds of casting while dead. Never managed to reproduce it, sadly.

Recently I played a match with a mate in which he could use Zhonyas after he died and being in his passive. After that he was alive again.
The effect of Zhonyas was up while his passive ran out... Probably that made him being aive again.

Anyone else could confirm that?
