Saw you play this build in action randomly. You absolutely dominated. You had more kills, creep kills, and everything than anyone else. You 4v1ed us. Amazing.

just mr glyphs don't quite cut it. and as to the above comment, here's my opinions:
nasus is not a tank. he plays the role of an off-tank quite well.

it's been said that he is well shut down by a reasonable amount of cc. being built mostly tanky, as he should be, he shouldn't care too much about either the cc or the ensuing damage. as an off-tank, one of his roles is to deal enough damage to take the attention to take said cc so his carries don't recieve said cc. while said carries aren't recieving said cc that enemies are spending time/spells dishing out, his carries should be wrecking while his team's cc is applied to the other' team's cc's.

it's also been suggested that he take a Thornmail. as an off-tank, that is taking armor anyway, here's the deal: thormnail is suppossed to be like icthian surprise: just as that is a deterrent to the death of kog'maw, Thornmail is a deterrent to the attack of the wearer. however, it looses it's effectiveness to increased armor. if you have 150 armor, and your opponnent has more than 18% lifesteal, they don't notice it. for melee champions, the Frozen Heart or a Randuin's Omen is their greatest asset, to themselves and to their champ.

as to my opinions:

skillwise: good job with the early 1-point wonder in Wither. however, i'd prefer a maxing of the armor reduction of Spirit Fire first, as that's a great territory changer. max level, it can totally re-write the battlefield.
it's also impossible to grab the third level of siphoning strike at level 4, so please change that with spirit fire right there.

runewise... while i'm not sure of the swiftness over 26 hp, the rest all look like a good deal

masteries are all cools

items-nasus needs a ton more mr than you have. at least, i'd recommdend ninja tabi to the mercury's treads. as said above, he'll be swimming in cc if he's doing it right, and he'll need less time in that cc. the atama's gets you enough bonus armor. a force of nature would greatly help

the reason i'm harping on magic resist is that all the %health i've even seen, which at 4250 is going to be your biggest problem, is either magic damage or Silver Bolts. you need to grab more mr to stop this or a Madred's Bloodrazor and Infected Bonesaw Bio-Arcane Barrage Despair Deathfire Grasp and more will eat you alive.

I don't know why you would wanna always have heavy armor and not consider having FoN though. I feel that after about 200 games as Nasus that Thornmail's abilities just pale compared to a Frozen Heart. Why? CDR + Mana pool (Which you need!) + AoE AS slow makes for an amazing item on him.

this is how i build him. my only difference being that I take merc treads unless against a heavy physical damage team as merc treads are simply much better than ninja tabi. in my experience nasus is targeted a reasonable amount by cc, especially if your Q is heavily farmed. i also consider building a second warmogs after the atmas, as most teams (derp) have a good mix of ad and ap. i'd also max the siphoning strike earlier to max the farm on it. great build tho!

Decent core build, interesting with the armor/5 pots, but hey... I can see it working. I can see it failing too! Lolz, + 1
