I'm not exactly new, but I might as well be with my terrible losing streak. I swear it makes me want to be Amumu and cry and tantrum everywhere.

I am level 24, with my runes in armor pen, dodge or armor, and CDR runes with armor pen quints. I built that around Olaf. Now, I haven't won any games with him for awhile and changed up my champs to see a good fit. Didn't work. I've lost every game for the past 15 that were against real people and can only win against AI... shoot me in the face, please.

I don't know if I should just quit or what. I read all the guides here. I follow their builds, but adapt to the enemy team. I last hit and poke. I never try to gank unless I am sure I got it.

I just can't win anymore and I am about to go to bed angry cause my last game was 4-13-5 and the team was 21-46. I try to communicate and warn about ganks, but they never did the same, nor did they listen. I'm not saying I am godly, no, I blow right now obviously. I just don't know what to do to get better.

help me. :(

take a break.
my top rule is that if i'm in a bad mood I won't play
Playing angry or frustrated is a sure fire way to guarantee loss. You play poorly when you're not thinking straight and you only contribute to the losing.

There are a few things you can do:

#1: Stop thinking you're going to win. Just play, kill and die. Mute your teammates if they start saying you suck (this is the hardest plan).
#2: Stop playing for a while, come back next week.
#3: Pray.

Thanks, I guess. I spose a break wouldn't hurt. I just don't want to fall out of practice. Haha, thanks for the advice.

I'd say find some friends (preferable real life) and play with them. Try to find the fun of playing.

Everyone have their bad days and a time for a losing streak, just relax and play again later, things will change. Sometime you have a huge winning streak going and you are happy about that and there certainly will be time a losing streak will appear to knock your mood off, it's balance of nature, just don't let it get into your head that much.

Asides from the suggestions above, you can create a smurf account and play since you are likely to win against that level of players.

I was personally trying to follow the "keep playing every day to get better advice". Its really not working. As much as I should just uninstall for the good of my health right now... I want to keep playing. **** me. Seems like every team I go up against is a fully organized 5 man. Meanwhile I get ****ty unorganized, instalock, all squishy *****es. And then I wind up "feeding" cause my partner will either dive in head first for champs or tower sit while I try to get in last hits.

RAGE. This game will give me a heart attack one day.

RED. GET MORE DUFF-LIKE.

That's #1 advice.

#2 advice, like anything else, your mental state has a great bearing on your play.

You already sound convinced you're going to lose. It sounds like you're not sure if you can win, like you're defeated before the game even starts.

---

First, it doesn't matter how good or bad your team is. You have to carry them.

Second, you can only do your best, if you don't carry the 4 idiots on your team, shrug it off and try again next time.

Third, keep your head in the game, not around it... Focus on what wins you games, not whether you win them or not. Focus on CS, focus on objectives like dragons and such, focus on those things. Don't think about whether or not you'll win. Just think about what needs to be done to win.

---

People with a loser's mentality, are going to lose more often than people with a winner's mentality. It's just simple fact. If your give up and your will breaks mid game, you'll lose a game you could have won if you simply tried harder and made smart choices.

DON'T give your bad team mates enough credit to let them lose you a game by being bad. CARRY those ******s. Take FULL responsibility for the match. If you didn't win, what could you personally have done differently to force that win next time?

Agreeing with that.
Also, being able to laugh a ton of **** off is also good.

Every time I get terrible team comp in the select, I throw my hands up and say "GG!GG!GG!GG!GG!"
It's just something that keeps my mind off how bad things could possibly go. Also, don't focus on your team. focus on yourself.
Do it like SC2 and get LoLreplay. Watch your replays and say to yourself, "What could I have done better here?" and so on.
Like Duff said, there's a huge mentality part and knowing when you messed up, and then moving on, is a big part of it.

Thank you to jhoijhoi for the sig, and all the dividers in the guide.
