Nerf Kha'Zix and Rebuff Rengar

[/quote] i agree blitz is hard t lane against, but plaing him is not too easy either... but 15% of your hp is always a lot, and having a chance to double-proc a sheen inTsanTly is a bit op (rengar's Q), imo.[/quote]
