As a Vik player myself, I've never considered the movement speed quints. An interesting idea, especially since Vik is useful for roaming, but so far I've kept with the AP or magic pen quints. As for the build, if it works for you stick with it, typicall i take dorans, death aug and then magic pen, void staff thats it
For when I play Mundo top, I often go for a sunfire cape first, but that's just a personal preference. It seems solid enough (your build I mean), but at the end of the day it's all about situational use. Some times tanks, like Mundo and Singed, may have to alter their builds because some times you get people who seem to be the experts on taking out tanks. That is really rare though, your build spot on
OTG have you thought about the Death Augment with Liandry's? how does the burn on Liandry's work with the burn from his laser?
and if thats the case would getting lizard elder be worth it? im thinking not because the AD is wasted but the true damage could be good

That would be an incredibly silly waste of gold on Viktor.
And as for Liandry's it works with his red core burn, as per how it works with any other DoT, but generally Void Staff is better due to Viktor's high base damage and reletively low ratios besides his E.

I'm writing this to ask you about your opinions on Viktor and Dr. Mundo. They are my FAVOURITE champions to play in League of Legends and I'm still trying to learn them the best I can. I am currently in Bronze 3 (Yep, I am noob :P) and I want to play my favourite, but slightly weaker champions to carry me up. Any, let's get onto my builds.
When I play
I usually use 3 Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed to roam and help my teammates out and try to gain an edge over my opponents. I follow the standard burst mage build and buying Augment: Death or Haunting Guise on my first back. Rarely I buy a Spirit of the Spectral Wraith if I feel I need more control over Dragon or Baron Nashor, or maybe even Blue Buff. Otherwise I go straight for a Rabadon's Deathcap. Then I will adapt to my opponent's builds and champions.
When I play
I use a typical jungle rune page with 9 Greater Mark of Attack Speed. I am currently using 3 Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage but I'm considering swapping to the previously mentioned Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed. I usually rush a Spirit of the Ancient Golem for obvious stats. I then go right after Spirit Visage and Locket of the Iron Solari for CDR (Cooldown Reduction) and the nice passive and active, as well as other nice things like HP (Hit points). I also max Infected Bonesaw in the jungle for 3 reasons,
1. I can throw them over walls to check if they are there,
2. I can do a TON of damage to the large camps( Blue Buff, Red Buff, Dragon and Baron Nashor
3. The awesome slow it provides when ganking
I then go for a Warmog's Armor, Frozen Mallet or Aegis of the Legion.
Note: I only buy Aegis of the Legion if my support isn't building one.
