Early Game if the other Kha'Zix runs flat armor then you potentially lose but until lvl 6 your armor scales to +9 bonus armor which is like the flat armor. At that time your armor stats are so even so it is pretty even. So just avoid pre-6 battles with him.
Lee Sin
You can possibly win against lee sin early but still, it is better to wait for the armor to scale to +9 bonus armor and more. When you face him, remember that he has insane sustian and attack speed compared to you.
Riven
Riven is really strong against Kha'Zix but once your armor scales to more than 10 bonus armor, her threat to you isn't as large as earlier. She has intense CC so just keep that in mind.
Diana
This set of Runes doesn't include MR or Scaling MR so remember that any AP champion is a big threat to you.
Fiora
Fiora is just like the opposite of Riven but her W parries your Auto Attacks, including your passive. This is you need to try to avoid autoing her when your passive is up.
Master Yi
Master Yi is just like Kha'Zix, avoid him early and until you get enough bonus armor, you can easily win against him.
Nidalee
We don't see Nidalee jungle as often now but still remember that she is AP.
Malphite
Not just that Malphite is AP, he has really good defensive stats with his passive which makes fighting him really hard.
Rengar
Rengar should be one of the easiest jungler to face since when you are above lvl 6 he is going to be really useless because you have scaling armor and more importantly if it is a 1v1 away from a bush, you have the upper advantage
Sejuani
Same thing as Malphite.
Elise
She has some REALLY REALLY INSANE DAMAGE early, really good cc, and that she is AP. She is going to be easier late since your damage is going to be possibly able to one shot her. If you get caught by her stun, it can be highly fatal.
Amumu
Amumu is AP while builds tank which makes him a really hard target to focus since your are suppose to focus the back line has 1st priority. Meanwhile if he builds tanky, then it is going to be hard to kill him.
Maokai
Same thing as Malphite
Hecarim
Hecraim is usually one of the squishiest junglers early. If you can possibly invade him in his jungle at around lvl 6 to 7, it is a 90% guranteed kill.
Dr. Mundo
Same as Malphite.
Nunu & Willump
Same as Malphite but he is usually squishy early, so early invades may help.
Nautilus
Same as Malphite
Fiddlesticks
Fiddle has insane CC and damage early but if you can invade him early, try to wait out until he doesnt have any CC or has his drain and attack him.
Olaf
Olaf has insane Sustain early so it is really hard to invade or kill him. Avoid him until you have some defensive items such has health and armor. If you are really fed, there is a possibility that you can 1v1 him.
Pantheon
His passive is going to be annoying early, so try to auto him and this gain your passive back so you can deal more damage to him.
Rammus
He is just too tanky and that his abilities damage magic damage will make you lose easily. Once you get a defensive item such as health or MR, then it should be a tiny bit easier.
Rek'Sai
If he sees you invade early then you're screwed and he does also deal a high amount of physical damage early, but it is possible to succeed against him early.
Renekton
I know that you don't see any renekton junglers yet but when he is in the meta, avoid him early. He damage is fatal early and that he has way better sustian than you even though it is revolved against his rage bar.
Shaco
Shaco is really sneaky, be careful with him. If he invades you early then you are screwed because you are using scaling armor. This means that you have a really unusually low amount of armor early (pre-6) and he can easily kill you. If you invade him, be aware that his boxes deal magic damage and he already is really strong early.
Shyvana
You don't she her often in the jungle in this current meta but her passive gives her a lot of bonus armor which makes this harder for you earlier.
Sion
Sion is tanky early but he isn't much of a threat.
Skarner
Skarner is still AP and it can hurt a lot.
Teemo
THIS SPAWN OF SATAN ISN'T IN THE META BUT IS REALLY ANNOYING WHILE HE DOES A TON OF MAGIC DAMAGE EARLY. AVOID THIS PIECE OF SH*T. (Sorry Teemo lovers, I am a teemo lover myself but every teemo lover knows that they hate teemo A LOT while loves him A LOT.)
Trundle
Trundle has insane 1v1 power so try to avoid early game until you are post 6.
Udyr
Just like trundle uydr has great 1v1 early and through out the game and that his Phoenix Stance is magci damage.
Vi
Vi can easily shut you down through out the game but for safety reasons, avoid to fight her until post 6.
Volibear
Volibear is just like Vi but has that passive which makes it impossible to 1v1 him early and that his w does physical damage that includes a percent of your missing health.
Warwick
He has insane sustain early game and his ult will be hard to deal with. It is best to get your hexdrinker earlier than usual
Wukong
He should be easy to deal with mid and late game but avoid him pre 6 since his q reduces your armor and the he gains attack speed with his e.
Xin Zhao
He is just like Vi, really good at 1v1 so it is best to deal with him post 6, preferably when you have more than 10 bonus armor.
Yorick
Yorick has good sustain and that he is AP so avoid him until you get your Hexdrinker.
Zac
Zac deals magic damage and his passive is basically a lot like volibears so try to avoid him until you have a hexdrinker and preferably let your adc deal with him while you take down the squishy carries.
Aatrox
This is a really uncommon jungler but his passive is like Volibears and that he has good sustain and can possibly 1v1 you early. Avoid him until Post 6.
This is about selfish old me :)
I am currently a Silver IV who doesn't play much ranked so I don't have that huge of an experience with Kha'Zix in ranked but I hope this should help and that you can support this guide. The main reason I made this guide is because I truly love Kha'Zix himself and that I know that his playstyle is really easy to learn while he is really fun. I also wanted people to see that Kha'Zix isn't A SECOND OR THIRD TIER jungler, but more like a God tier jungler which more people should play.

I didn't add flat armor seals because ADC's are mostly the main damage dealers of mid and late game and Kha'Zix's regular stats are really low and it would be nice to take advantage of the early game so that it can benefit your late game.
Reasons to no MR glyphs was because the 5% CDR is really useful late game and that you needed armor in your glyphs so you can survive in the jungle longer and easier. Another reason I didn't decide to add MR glyphs to the rune page was becuase Maw of Malmortis was a really important item because it gives you more damage the more missing health you have. I also decided that the build path would have Hexdrinker after Hydra so then you can have at least some MR to face AP Champions and when you have Maw of Malmortis completed, you can easily face AP Champions.
I didn't add Last Whisper because I did think it was really required unless the enemy team is really tanky and is mostly building Armor. But usually you should have some AP Champions on your team so they can't just build Armor. I also thought that just the Warrior Enchantment's Armor Penetration was enough.
I didn't add Youmuu's because I think the Tri-Force can give a bigger benefit if you have the blade and spell weaving in your masteries. it was also because the Spellblade passive of Tri-Force gives your next Auto 200% more damage and most likely it is going to be after a Q from you and then your Auto should have your passive then it would do a pretty high amount of damage.

Pros / Cons
Pros- This gives Kha'Zix more power in mid and late game, Lasts longer in teamfights, Bigger burst late game. This guide benefits facing AP and Heavy Tank Junglers and them in general Mid/Late Game.
Cons- This guide can be easily counter by AP and Heavy Tank Junglers and just AP and Heavy Tanks in general early. Less Early Game Power.

Your main goal in your team is to focus the Carries and the squishiest enemy champions meanwhile your team Carries can take down the tanks and not die as easily or even die in the teamfight.

It doesn't really matter where you start but the important thing is to gank post lvl 5.
