the importance of farming

In case you don't know, Nasus's Q gets a permanent damage increase when he kills a minion or creep with it. It gets 3 stacks for small creeps and 6 for large one like dragon or golems. So, your early game start is important, since if you can't farm, you lose a lot of DPs output. On average you should get 100 stacks in 8-10 minutes or even more. That's about 33 creep score, so it's not that tedious. Otherwise farming is fairly easy as his Q gets more and more stacks it becomes much easier. If you can farm you will do a lot of DPs even as a tank. He's kind of like veigar with his Q.

team fights

In team fights destroy the enemy carry(carries). Once they are gone your team can easily take out the rest scoring an easy ace for your team.once carries are gone go after anyone you can kill. Your ult is percent of health based, so you can kill almost anyone.
