Well, Ez ap is a carry without CC, but he has great burst, great lategame, and nice AoE.

In early he has poke, in lategame he has poke and burst :)
But of course he has some disadvantages, for example: he is really slow at pushing,


Pros:
One of best Aps in lategame
Poke
Nice burst.
Insane skill range.
Mobilty.
Global ultimate.
Low CD'S

Cons:
Hard farming
Sissy boy D:
0 CC
Your team flames you in champ seleccion
Your team flames you if you looe the lane.
Your team flames you if you carry the game but they feed like beasts.
Your team flames you if you win the game.
They will flame you, enjoy it.


So, AP Ezreal, is viable in some setups.
To have a viable setup with ezreal AP, you need a team with a AoE CC, like Amumu, Malphite, Leona, Hecarim, Zyra, etc.
Ezreal is a great ap mid for AoE setups. I love playing with an amumu and miss fortune in my team, if we have a decent early game, the teamfights are a burst party.

Ok, but how can I fix the farm problem?
Well, there is a way, you can use Your R to farm 2 minion waves, using the low CD of your R, and your Q to decrease it, I'll explain it in the Lane phase chapter.

Runes are the typical for an AP mid...

Quint: AP
Red: Magic pen
Yellow: Armor, Armor/lvl, manaa reg.
Blue: Magic resist, magic resist/lvl.

Remember, my english is **** xD.

Well, the first items could be boots + 3 potions, Flask, amor cloth, or a manaa crystal with 2 potion, just study who is your enemy at mid, and choose what items would be better in the start.


At the first back, depending on the match I rush:
1-2 Dorans + Sheen
Tear + Sheen
Chalice + Sheen
Sheen

After Sheen I always rush 1 AP item, could be:
Archangel's staff
Rabaddon

And after that first item I rush Lichbane.
Why shouldn't You rush lichbane as first item? Because Sheen deals the same damage than lichbane without AP, another reason is because Ezreal isn't Twisted Fate/Fizz, in lane you won't hit Q's and your Q will be the last skill to max, the base damage of ezreal ap in early is his W.


Boots:
Well you can choose Sorcerer's or Ionia's.

I prefer ionia because only with boots and blue buff i have 40% CDr, that CDr + Qs gives you a nice max CDr

You must play Agressive, normally you will have some advantage because ezreal ap isn't a typical pick and people in general doesn't know how play vs him.

If you play passive, you will probably lose the lane, because ezreal can't push a ****, You must poke with W as much as you can to zone the enemy, and if can kill him, go for it!.


If you can Do the first recall before min 7 and buy the Sheen/tear/dorans and 2-3 wards. Put 1 in their blue and another to cover ganks, you can play agressive and push standing on the side of the ward, if the jungler gank you, you can see him before he comes mid, or jump to your wraiths if he comes from the other side.

If you see they are doing the second blue, use your R to steal it, and probably the jungler could be wounded and you can take a kill, or, if your jungler helps you, you both can gank together.


HOW TO FARM AND PUSH FAST WITH EZREAL AP
well, Ezreal AP have a **** CD on his R, and you can decrease it more using Qs.
The idea is using your R in at times XX:00 or XX:30 because with that your R will hit 2 minion Waves, and you will farm easy using Qs to recover fast your R and do it again.
Doing this probably you can hit the enemy, and if is possible, kill him.

Wait!!! but my R!?!?! I CAN'T USE IT TO GET A KILL FROM ANOTHER LANES? D:
Yes you can!, you won't need to do this always, It's just a way to farm and push fast.

In the teamfights exploit the low CD of your spells and spam WQ, you have great poke, and you have burst, if it's possible remember that your W gives +40% AS in AoE to your team, in some situations if you have an fed Ad carry, would be better to use on him than on the enemy.

The most important is to cast a nice R, position yourself and use your R trying to hit the carries if you can, if the carry have a nice position/protection and you can't focus him, stay back and spam your WQ, giving your Buffs to your bruisers.


In late game Ezreal can destroy every carry easily, your Q every 1.5 secs with the lichbane has 0.8 AP ratio and deals tons of damage, your R with full build can deal easily about 1300~ AoE Damage.

I wanna edit every champ with some notes, but atm ill just give a list about the difficulty of every mid-champ
