Skill Sequence

Max Sear first for faster cooldown and the mana cost does not increase. When beginning a fight E->Q->W with high cooldown, rylais, and a stun every 4 seconds will make kiting a breeze. Assassins cannot insta burst a near 3k health champion with banshee veil, and a 2 second stun usable every 4.
