Ability Explanation

Blast Shield Vi charges a shield over time. The shield can be activated by hitting an enemy with an ability.
Note: If you are low life and some scumbag enemy just poisoned you or used his Ignite on you try to activate an ability just like Vault Breaker or Relentless Force at a enemy minion to trigger your shield . This little trick will often save your life
Vault Breaker Vi charges her gauntlets and unleashes a vault shattering punch, carrying her forward. Enemies she hits are knocked back and receive a stack of Denting Blows.
Charges a powerful punch that carries Vi forward.
First Cast: Slows Movement Speed by 15% while increasing damage and dash range over 1.25 seconds.
Second Cast: Dashes forward dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+80% bonus Attack Damage) to 100/150/200/250/300 (+140% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage and applying Denting Blows to all enemies hit (deals 75% damage to minions and monsters). Stops upon colliding with an enemy champion, knocking it back.

Note:If you are trying to escape always try to flee through the jungle as there are many walls you can dash through. Also mention that Monsters and creeps will not stop you but champions do!!
Denting Blows Vi's punches break her opponent's Armor, dealing bonus damage and granting her Attack Speed.
Every 3rd attack on the same target deals an additional 4/5.5/7/8.5/10% (+1% per 35 bonus Attack Damage) of the target's maximum Health as physical damage, reduces its Armor by 20% and grants Vi 30/35/40/45/50% Attack Speed for 4 seconds (max 300 damage vs. minions and monsters).
Note:Your main reason why you alwyas take the first skillpoint in Denting Blows is because of the bonus attackspeed and damage which helps you to clear the jungle faster. I tried to skill [Excessive Force]] first but my end result was that a first point in Denting Blows is way more effective
Relentless ForceCost: 60 Mana Range:Self
Vi's next attack blasts through her target, dealing damage to enemies behind it.
Causes next basic attack to deal 5/20/35/50/65 (+115% Attack Damage) (+70% Ability Power) physical damage to the target and enemies behind it.Vi charges a new punch every 14/12.5/11/9.5/8 seconds and can hold 2 charges at once.

Note: You will find some tips in the chapter (Surprise) Some tips :D
Cease and Desist Cost: 100/125/150 Mana
Range: 800
Vi runs down an enemy, knocking aside anyone in the way. When she reaches her target she knocks it into the air, jumps after it, and slams it back into the ground.
Targets an enemy champion and chases it down, knocking it up for 1.25 seconds, dealing 200/325/450 (+140% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage. While charging, Vi cannot be stopped and will knock aside enemies in the way, dealing 75% damage to them.

Note: This is the reason why ADC and APC hate YOU (just like Warwick with his [Infinite Duress]. A very effective use of it is if the enmies are using their Crowdcontrol abilities on you and/or standing in one line to you and their Carry. You will not be affected by any CC and damage all of them.

Item Explanation (and probably other item choices)

Jungleritem and Enchantment

I personally prefer this enchantment and item because of the Cooldownreduction , Attackdamage , Armorpenetration and extra goldincome for the junglecreeps. But you also can go for the Devoureritem if you focus more on farming than ganking and if the enemy team has some serious tanks in their team. The enchantment is very usefull for ganks and can be used to secure even kills or supports. Furthermore it will slow the enemy and you can land a safe Vault Breaker apply then some true damage and your Denting Blows. Rangers Trailblazer is also a option for Vi because you will nealry loose no life or mana in jungle. You may take Skirmishers Sabre for more true damage but i prefer the slow from Stalkers Blade.

Boots and other movementspeeditems

You can choose between three boots :
1. Mobility BootsYou will be even faster in the jungle and the most important thing is that your movementslow from your Vault Breaker will be decreased!
2. Ninja-TabiIf the enmies have a full AD-Team and no hard Crowdcontrol at all
3. Mercury's Treads If they have a heavy AP-caster and/or much crowd control just like a Lissandra i prefer this option

Attackdamageitems

A really good item on Vi because it will give her movement speed to stick on her targets and also a spellblade which perfectly works with your Relentless Force
This item works also very well at Vi because it gives her a big shield and also attack damage as magic resist. A perfect item for a innitiator who has to tank tons of damage sometimes. I prefer this item if the enemies have two AP-caster.
Vi has a lack of sustain and BotRK gives you lifesteal and attackspeed which works very well with your Denting Blows.Especially if the enmies have a tanky team i prefer BotRK. You also have some extra slow if you chase down a target.
This item give you attack damage , more Healthpoints which works well with your Passive Blast Shield and a passive which slows enmies by Autoattacking them. Combined with Phage enemies nearly cant escape you if you are at them. I prefer this item if the enmies have some immobile heavy damage carries and if i feel like i need more HP
I usually dont buy Black Cleaver because i get the Brutaliser with my jungler item and have the Armorreduction with my Denting Blows. But if you want to peel for your carry and you feel that you need some more Armorreduction you are free to buy it
I once saw a Vi with Hydra but i dont really think Vi needs Ravenous Hydra because she has enough AoE and jungle/waveclear. I think there are better options just like Trinity Force. If you want to play the "Glasscanon" Vi you may take it but i dont like the playstile of this build combined with my favourite initiator <3
I take this item as my 6th item and sell my boots for it IF: The enemies have a lot of cc and are mostly squishy. If they are tanky and dont have so much cc i prefer Blade of the Ruined King as 6th item instead of boots
I once saw this on Vi but i never pick this item because there are other damage itmes/or abilities like Denting Blows which do the same job.
Just the same as [[Youmuu's Ghostblade] !

Defensive Items

I get this item 99% of the time . THe only exception is if the enemies are full AP^^. The denfesive stats and the unique/active passive is very strong at Vi. No discussion!
I get this if the enemies have some heavy Attackspeed , for example : Warwick , Jinx , Aatrox and maybe Udyr.
I get this item only if i bought no Trinity Force before and the nemy team is full AD. The spellblade and the AoE slow are very strong when ganking or peeling for your Carries
This item is my second tank choice if i´m the only tank of the team. It gives you nice healt and armor stats and a burning passive which can deal some magic damage.
I get this item if we have a squishy Supporter and a fed ADC who must be protected. You buy this item to support your team and maybe peel for your carry f the enemies are very aggressive in teamfight. I usually dont get this item but its an recommended option
[Warmog's Armor size=100] If the enemy team has a lot of true damage i recommend this item. Furthermore it will work perfectly with your passive Blast Shield
My favourite Magicresistitem which helps you to initiate even more effective because of the spellshield.
Nealry the same like Banshees but if you ever need some Cooldownreduction and higher lifesteal get this item
I highly recommend this item if you are playing against a AD Crit champ just like Tryndamere Master Yi Yasuo for example.

Some Tips and how to play her

-Always try to land a full charged Vault Breaker (exception : You are already in a fight then just press Vault Breakerfor a second , little knockback)
-In teamfights there are two options:
1. Fed enemy assassin goes for your carry ---> Cease and Desist him
2. Fed enemy adc tries to do some damage ---> Cease and Desist the **** out of him
-If you are playing against a Fizz ALWAYS wait for him to drop his Playful/Trickster , same counts for Sivir Spell Shield!
-You see a Morgana Dark Binding flying through you at a teamfight: Just Cease and Desist the carry , noone can cc you in your ult and you will deal damage to all units who stand in your way.
-Keep your sorrounding warded to land save Vault Breaker at your enemy carries !
-Always keep in mind that your Relentless Force is an AUTOATTACKRESET !!!!
-Your combo: Full charged Vault Breaker +Autoattack + Relentless Force right after the Autoattack!= Maximum damage and your burst
-If you are playing with for example an Ahri coordinate when you press your Cease and Desist and she her Charm for maximum cc and damage output!
-An enemy is escaping with low life and his creep wave is coming: Just Relentless Force at one of his minions aim in his direction and save a kill ;) , it is your main harass if you are playing Vi at a lane just btw
-If you are splitpushing in lategame Vault Breaker through the minions and then Relentless Force. Wave cleared!
-Be carefull with your Relentless Force if you are counterjungling. The enmies will see your E which animation will go over the wall.So get behind the Creepcamp with your [icon=Vault Breaker] and then attack!
-Since you hit 6 you have a huuuuuge gapcloser with your Vault Breaker and Cease and Desist , and of course with Flash
-If an enemy is looooow life and just a tick out your autoattackrange spam your Relentless Force as it has a greater range then your normal Autoattacks
-If you see that a carry is out of positionin late gamefeel free to engage on him and securing a free kill. Never forget your huge gapcloser!
-And the final tip: Look how your team is reacting and adjust your playstile. If your team is not willing to give you a clean follow up for example then maybe wait until they engage and then go in instead of going in and getting shrekt because you are the only one who is in attackrange of the enemy Attacks. Also tell them how YOUR STRATEGY to win is for a better teamplay :)

Jungle behaviour and an important tips for your early game :)

First at all my jungle route: I usually start at the camp at the botlaneside (the golems or the frog , i prefer golems because the synergie with there smite buff and your Denting Blows is really strong. The only exception is if the enmies have a strong early counterjungler like Rengar, Shaco or Lee Sin , then i start at top side. Then i move to the redbuff and then go immidatly to my second buff. Then i try to gank mid or top. If there is nothing to gank i kill the wolves and the wraiths and go to the shop. At my first back i usually get the junglerechantment you see above and (VERY IMPORTANT) two wards , a sweeper (the red trinket) , healpots and if possible tier 1 boots. Always buy wards with Vi (and genrally every champion^^, it will help you a lot. You can get much informations about their jungler , a roaming midlaner and you can deny vision at the drake. For example a roaming Katarina. If your wards are placed correctly you can trap and easy kill her and then go for objectives. Another example : If u can spot the enemy jungler at top because you´ve warded it go
a)Counterjungle botside
b)Gank botlane ---> Do drake (HIGH PRIORITY ALWAYS DO DRAKE IF POSSIBLE)
c)Do drake instant
d)Maybe countergank if you are near top
)
Vision control is one of the most important things in the jungle. NEVER farm in your OWN jungle if u see the enemy jungler at the other end of the map. You get gold and deny him some :)
Here is a quick "ranking" list for which objectives you have to go first if there is an opportunity :
1. Nexus
2. Nexus Turrets
3. Inhibitors
4. Inhibitor Turrets
5. Baron Nashor
6. Turrets
7. Dragon
8. Enemy Buffs
9. Allied Buffs
]Midlane towers are always the ones who have to fall. If u can choose between a top and a mid tower get the mid tower as it will give you way more pressure than a "normal" tower. And always try to defend your Inhibitor and Nexustowers(ofc^^) as they will give a lot pressure.
And keep in mind that you have to constantly ward baron at least at minute 30. You usually cant contest a baron without vision , they maybe can trap it. If you know they do baron and you cant contest it do pressure and go for some other important objectives. A well playing team can prevent baron by attacking their inhibitortower for example. But if your team WANTS THE DAMN BARONCONTEST NO MATTER WHAT let the tankiest member of your team walk foward! I think this explains itself :D
Also NEVER just stay at the other side of the baron pit if you want to contest it and you are having vision at the whole team feeling or knowing that you are stronger than them. Thats the worst mistake you can make.

Surprise Motherfu**er =Ganking with Vi!

Toplane Ganks
If you want to gank top lane there are three different choices how you can gank the enemy laner :
1. Standard Gank from the river if the enemy laner is winning and pushes hard.
2. Advanced Gank over the tribush. To avoid wards you just Q over the baron pit , sweeper the tribush , wait for your Cooldowns and then go in from behind.
3. Inlane gank but only if you have level 6 to secure a safe kill. Whether the lane is pushed or not you can just Q from your on jungle to your own toplane tower and then instant .You can also sneak in the brushes wait for them to come and engage with
I prefer the 2. way to gank against champs like Riven. But if u have champions who can jump to enemys just like Akali or Xin i usually gank inlane.

Midlane Ganks
1.Thanks to your you can just go over the Wraiths and the enemy laner if it is pushed. This works nearly everytime especially if you have a midlaner just like with heavy CC. This works also from the enemy Wraith camp.
2.If you know that the midlaner has no wards and is very unmobile just like a you just can engage him from the river with .
3.For very mobile Midlaners just like you have to go into their jungle and then come from behind to gank succesfully or wait until they have their escape abilities on cooldown.

Botlane Gank
First tip to you: Just gank the botlane if you have and be atleast at 3/4 HP! The only exception is when they are overxtended and you can see that your lane will help you out without dying immidiately.
But reliant on your supporter you have the same choices as your toplane ganks. If you know that the enemy bot has warded the river at drake you just can go over their jungle with and then surprise them from behind.
Always be informed about the summoners and ult Cooldowns from the enmy laners !If i know that the enemy toplaner a Dariusfor example has no Flash because he used it before i will focus the toplane for the next fou minutes to secure some safe kills
