Very low health so not an initiator

Evolution

First:
Void Spikes

Close combat health regen

Wave clearing

Mid lane poking
Second:

Escapes after ulting into fights

Ganks from bushes or over walls
Third:
Taste Their Fear

Taking out stray champs

Distance for AA

High damage

Masteries

The masteries look really weird, but they're focused on early game advancement

Pros / Cons

Pros:
High speed catches any out of position champs
Catches anyone trying to run away
Allows for invisibility from ult to take you farther and gank more surprisingly
Farms very quickly
Travels from one side of the map to the other at blinding speeds

Cons:
Extremely squishy
Difficult against tanks
Touch and go early game
Very late game champion
Fairly expensive
