Well, Trinity Force is bad on Fiora for other reasons - she can use all the stats, but very inefficiently.
Infinity Edge is generally alright since Fiora has an AS buff, but it's just a fact that the items that Fiora builds generally don't have enough flexibility to allow for an Infinity Edge.
Standard build is pretty much double Lifesteal, boots, Last Whisper, MS/AS/Crit Zeal item and GA/ Mercurial Scimitar.
I agree on Trinity Force, it just doesn't really fit for me.
I'm trying different builds ATM, and when late game is reached, I think it's possible to sell the boots for another Zeal item, since the movement speed it grants is more than enough to compensate.
I'll be trying on different things, and hopefully it won't demand too many changes in my guide...

The Infinity Edge on fiora isn't good, trust me, she doesn't need any critical damage, the critical strike don't work with Blade Waltz. Try to take a Trinity Force, work with the ulti and give mana, health, attack and movement speed.
Wow, I honestly thought Blade Waltz includes critical strikes. I guess I have a lot to learn. I also never thought of buying Trinity Force, but I don't think I'll be buying it even now that Infinity Edge is out. It simply isn't worth the gold. Using the Spellblade passive efficiently with Fiora is hard IMO, and it's more efficient to build more AD then the Sheen that would hinder your prograss. I will try it out though.
Thanks for the comment, it thought me a lot with just a few words.
I'll be honest, this is probably one of the better Fiora guides on here.
As far as defensive items go, there are only really 3 realistic choices, which are Guardian Angel, Spirit Visage and Mercurial Scimitar.
I don't particularly think the masteries are terrible either, since Fiora doesn't really make great use of AS early on anyway and she builds enough through items and Warlord is actually quite a terrible mastery, imo. I think Fiora would benefit more from Spell Weaving and Blade Weaving as per the guide. CDR is better, since Fiora rarely itemizes into effective CDR. Fiora is quite 100% reliant on her abilities to do anything at all.
The skilling is fine...
Whilst I disagree with the runing set-up, I think that's the only think I'd majorly disagree with straight off the bat. I didn't really look too much into it, but I thought I'd address some points that people have raised.
I haven't tried buying Spirit Visage actually, but it suddenly makes a lot of sense to me. I'll try it. I might add a bit to the guide, just to explain the build further. Thanks for the positive comment, it was fun to read :)

- The name is misleading, fiora will get her *** kicked even 1v1 before she gets hydra
- armor pen quints ain't worth it
+ overall the runes seem okay
- Only two defensive item choices
- Skill upgrading not optimal
- Masteries are terrible, no Fury or Warlord on a champion which has a ton of attack damage and relies on attack speed?
- The guide is a wall...
