Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Hello, welcome to the I WILL STEAL YOUR LIFE build, credit goes to androand2 for coming up with the name and the idea of stacking life-steal. don't downvote untill you've tried thanks.
As the youngest child of the noble House Laurent, Fiora always considered herself destined for greatness. The Laurents had dominated the dueling culture of Demacia's aristocracy for centuries, and Fiora's father was regarded as one of the finest swordsmen the nation had ever seen. Inspired by his tales of glory, Fiora began training as soon as she could wield a blade and quickly showed greater talent than any of her siblings. As she grew older, her self-confidence and rigid discipline only widened the gulf of expertise between Fiora and her peers. Her fellow duelists perceived her confidence as arrogance, but none could defeat her in combat, and each new victory only heightened her lofty self-esteem. Even so, Fiora never allowed herself to become complacent in her training, and she drove herself ever harder to become a worthy successor to her father's legacy.
Her devotion turned out to be misplaced. On the eve of an arranged duel, Fiora's father was caught slipping a slow paralysis poison into his opponent's drink. Following the incident, many of his past opponents came forward with their own accusations: envenomed weapons, bribery, blackmail, and more. In an instant, he had destroyed his family's honorable reputation. Fiora was outraged. Not only had her hero betrayed her ideals, but also Demacia's dueling elite now doubted her own ability. She desperately wanted to wipe the stain from her family's history but, even more, she wanted the world to acknowledge her mastery. She found her solution in the one arena where she could fight the world's strongest warriors without being accused of dishonesty: the League of Legends.
"Fiora's ego would be insufferable if it wasn't so... Justified" Jarvin IV

Greater Mark of Lethality
Greater Seal of Armor
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist
Greater Quintessence of Lethality
Remember, as Fiora we want to shred them to pieces and steal those pieces to stay alive in the next fight we get into, so I focus on armour shredding. However, we don't want to get shredded ourselves so we get some defensive runes as well.
Keep in mind that you are not restricted to these particular runes, I'll give you a rough guideline of some runes you could take.
Greater Mark of Lethality
Greater Mark of Attack Speed
Greater Mark of Attack Damage
Greater Mark of Scaling Attack Damage
Greater Seal of Health
Greater Seal of Armor
Greater Seal of Magic Resist
Greater Seal of Scaling Armor
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist
Greater Glyph of Mana
Greater Glyph of Mana Regeneration
Greater Quintessence of Scaling Armor
Greater Quintessence of Scaling Magic Resist
Greater Quintessence of Lethality
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage
Of course there are a lot of runes that you could take, these are just some guidelines. Try to make your own rune loadout according to what fits you!
For masteries we take a standard AD carry build, take all of the AD options on the offensive tree then get some armour and health in the defensive tree.
if you feel too squishy you can take this defense tree instead.
Boots of speed, health potion x3
These are great starting items, not just for fiora but for any champion, use the health potions when you start to get low, maybe 40%, if you feel like you need more lane sustain, after your next recall buy a couple pots.
great alternate starting items:
of course, for the attack speed, good for every AD carry, if you seem to be getting crowd controlled too much go for instead. Of course boots can be very situational, if the enemy team has a lot of AD carries, take . If the enemy seems to always escape just beyond your grasp, you can take it's your choice.
shred their armour with this item, it works on your ulti as well. We also buy this item so that when fiora activates her Burst of Speed her attack speed goes crazily high.
If you don't want this go with my alternate Youmuu's Ghostblade
This build really starts to get strong after this point, After getting your first you want to start jungling or farming a bit to get the stacks up, with two maxed out you can STEAL THEIR LIFE. The life steal works very well with your ultimate, fight in a team fight and when you start to take damage activate your Blade Waltz to life steal all of it back, happy stealling :)
We want this for survivability, Fiora is pretty squishy, the slow on this item also helps a lot on her ganks making them almost impossible to escape. If your not a fan of the frozen mallet go with a
The last and situational item
of course, more lifesteal, and attack speed, AND survivabilty, perfect.
want more damage on those crits? take this
in my opinion fiora dosn't really need anymore attack speed and if you want crits take
let them wonder why the armour items they bought aren't doing anything.
i dunno... just giving you guys some options
Again if your having trouble with tanks take this
if your fed like a pig maybe this might be a good option
for the sustain
Force of nature
If you get crowd controlled to the ground take this.
This section is to tell you when to recall to buy your items
start of the game! open with:
Boots of Speed, Health Potion x3
got 570 gold? recall and get your Berserker's Greaves
If you seem to be burning through your pots wait for 600+ gold and buy some pots on your recall.
Berserker's Greaves, Health Potion x2
finally farmed up 1650 gold. now recall and get B. F. Sword
if your doing really good in your lane wait for 2070 instead and buy a Dagger with your B. F. Sword
B. F. Sword, Dagger
Farm up to 795 gold and get your The Black Cleaver, if you didn't buy your Dagger you'll have to save up to 1215
The Black Cleaver
farm untill you've got 900 gold, then recall and get two Vampiric Scepter
Vampiric Scepter x2
it's mid game now, you've got 2550 gold, go back and get your first The Bloodthirster
you've got your first The Bloodthirster now but it's not enough, farm back up to 2550 gold and then get your second The Bloodthirster so you can STEAL THEIR LIFE
kind of late game now, you've got 1315 gold, recall and get a Phage
if you want wait untill you have 2425 gold so you can get your Giant's Belt at the same time.
Phage, Giant's Belt
If you didn't folow the second part of the entry above wait for 1905 gold to get your Frozen Mallet, if you DID follow the second part of the last entry wait for 825 gold and get your Frozen Mallet
Woah, if your at this point you either got something like 27/3/8 or the game is going on for more than an hour. Welp at this point just save up for any of the situational items that fits you and buy it.
Throughout all of these recalls remeber to recall if your low on health.
This is the skill sequence I have chosen for Fiora, get Lunge first and go to top/bot, make sure you buy your items quickly and speed run to the bush, if you feel safe check the second bush with your team mate however this is very dangerous and is not recommended, lie in wait at the bush and wait for enemy champions so stroll near, open with a basic attack then Lunge, then back into a basic attack and your second Lunge, if you do this in co-ordination with your team mate you could get your first kill early if your lucky.
If your poke goes well and the enemy champion is left on low health, Exhaust them and head in for the kill.
Fiora dashes forward to strike her target, dealing 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 (+0.6 per bonus attack damage) physical damage. Fiora can perform the dash a second time within a couple seconds at no mana cost.
Lunge is only maxed last because its only real purpose is to close distance, when ganking be sure to open with lunge, don't use your second lunge untill they've used their flash or they've made some distance.
Fiora's Attack Damage is increased by 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35. When activated, Fiora parries the next basic attack and reflects 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+100% of ability power) magic damage back to the attacker. Works against champions, monsters, and large minions.
Riposte is next, just before someone's about to smack you activate it to prevent the damage and reflect some back, this works well with ranged carries since you can see the attack coming and activate Riposte to reflect, be warned though, activating it early just makes you waste mana, the passive part of Riposte gives you increased attack damage and this is why we max it second.
Burst of Speed
Fiora gains 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120 % additional Attack Speed for 3 seconds. Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her Movement Speed by 7 / 9 / 11 / 13 / 15 % for 3 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. Killing a champion refreshes the cooldown on Burst of Speed, while assists reduce the cooldown by half of the base amount.
You max out Burst of Speed first for its amazing DPS increase, when fighting enemy champions or just jungling / farming, activate it. When heading in, a good time to activate it is just before you Lunge, since the Lunge counts as an attack and will give you the movement speed buff to keep up with the enemy your lunging too.
Fiora dashes around the battlefield to strike random enemy champions 5 times, dealing 160 / 330 / 500 (+1.2 per bonus attack damage) physical damage per strike. Successive strikes against the same target deal 25% of the damage, up to a maximum of 320 / 660 / 1000 (+2.4 per bonus attack damage) physical damage on a single target. Each strike applies on-hit effects.
Blade Waltz, in my opinion this is one of the coolest looking ulti's, it fits my playstyle perfectly, remeber that the target you chose to initiate Blade Waltz is the target that fiora will always return to on the last strike, this skill is also great for turret diving since you become untargettable by the turret, Blade Waltz also applies on hit affects like The Black Cleavers armour shred and The Bloodthirsters life steal, so in a battle don't feel rushed to use it, wait to take some damage then Blade Waltz and get it all back.
Fiora regenerates 7 (+1 per level) health over 6 seconds each time she deals physical damage. Striking champions will cause this effect to stack up to 4 times.
This passive is what keeps you in lane longer than normal champions. You don't even really need to do anything, just do your normal last hitting and this skill will just regenerate your health, the stack that you get by attacking enemy champions can serve as a sort of mini health pot, charge in with a lunge and 2 basic attacks for a mini Health Potion :D
Since Fiora has no escapes flash is a must, it works very well to get into range for a Lunge
great, not just for running away and chasing, but when facing off too other AD carries such as Tryndamere, Ashe, Master Yi and of course other Fioras.
these days, everyone has and they'll just after you, but ghost lasts for a whole 10 seconds. A very viable alternative to Flash
Ignite is always useful for finishing someone off.
only for jungling fiora ;)
never tried it but it will probably work.
if you seem to take a lot of damage this can be a good option
get to lane quicker, viable.
as i said, Fiora gets destroyed by CC so this can be useful.
Section still needs work
When you see someone use an obvious "next hit" ability and see them heading in make sure you riposte to avoid damage, but be careful not to be baited into wasting riposte.
Example: wukongs Crushing Blow (your armour is still reduced)
Garens Decisive Strike (you still get silenced)
Nasus' Siphoning Strike
When fighting against enemy ranged ad, when you see a projectile coming your way make sure you tap riposte. Another tactic is to tap riposte when the enemies attack animation starts to play.
Pro tip: you can riposte gangplanks parley
Video coming soon
Jungling and warding
(pictures coming soon) (well, if I can be bothered)
For fiora there are two main jungle routes to take
The aggressive (level 2 gank)
And the passive (gank after finishing jungle route)
Chose which one depending on the enemy team and your team.
This jungle route is best for people who want to get an early first blood
When minions spawn kill wraiths, use a pot
Now go get a leash for your lizard elder
And gank. That's it.
After your gank, depending on what happens you have a number of options
You get first blood, welp gg, if your low recall and if your fin go back into a jungle route.
You get a kill, refer to "you get first blood"
You don't get anything, well that's too bad, return to your jungle route and retry the gank later
You die, don't give up! Return to your jungle route and retry the gank at a later stage in the game.
The passive route
For this jungle route you want to start at ancient golem
You want to get one of your team mates to pull/leash for you. Use Smite.
From the ancient golem go to wolves
Go straight to wraiths if you can, get a quick gank in mid here.
Go and get twin golems/stone bros, whatever you call them.
By now your Smite should be off cooldown, so go and get lizard elder and use Smite to secure the buff.
After you get your buff you should look for a gank, usually top or mid is a good idea but if there are no opportunities go to bot. Usually you will go top since you've left it as a solo lane.
At this point you should be free to do anything you want in your jungle, counter jungle if you like but be wary if they have their own jungler.
When you feel it's the right time get a team mate to help you kill dragon.
Rinse and repeat.
Warding - coming soon
Pro tips and tricks!
It's time for some pro tips and tricks!
in this section you will learn:
how to gank
when to use your ultimate
how to use your skills properly
How to gank
having red buff and/or Frozen Mallet will greatly increase your ganking potential
lie in wait at the brush at top/bot/mid, open the gank with your Lunge. Tap your Burst of Speed and if they look like they want to attack you tap Riposte. Start chipping away at their health with your auto attacks, if they start retreating towards their tower, make sure you know if you can tower dive and get out with safety.
When they start to retreat, use your second Lunge and then activate Blade Waltz.
Having powerful ganks early game can give your team a massive advantage, as fiora you can be placed as an ad carry bot lane, a bruiser at solotop and a jungler. As a jungler make sure you gank left and right, whenever your available.
When to use your ultimate
In a big team fight it can sometimes be hard to judge when to use your ultimate, on one hand you can use your ultimate to innitiate so the enemy will be confused, on the other hand you can save it for when their all clumped together for maximum damage output, or you could wait to start taking heavy damage for the life steal to take full effect.
The best option would be your instincts.
it can really depend if your fed or not or if you think your ultimate can take the enemies out quickly. But however don't feel rushed to use it, when you use it, you take aggro off yourself and this can be an important key element when you are getting focused the **** out of.
When coming in for a gank make sure you save your Blade Waltz untill they retreat to their tower so you can remove tower aggro.
