A early Dfg is great for burst potensial if u max E as i do. Lich bane aply on Q and stacks good with W basic attac. Then just standard mage build.

Max E for wave clear and Q second for burst instead of W whitch is awesome as a second ignite when ur lv 18.

Runes

No need to worry about defense with fizz. Your passiv gives some stop for the enemys basics and your overall kill potensial scares them to attac you to much. Just go offensiv and these runes will work out
