She as alot of mobility and one shot potential so be sure to play under turret. Rush magic resist so fast as you can and max E second.

She can use her high mobility not only to dodge spells but also to avoid ganks and even engage onto Veigar with an all-in combo.

His turrets grant you additional stacks in laning phase and are even easier to farm later on in the game when you have enough AP to one-shot them with his Q.

Kayle

You has to bait her ultimate before casting his own ult onto Kayle - this becomes easier when Veigar's Q+W combo deals more damage. She can't cast her ultimate when she is stunned in Veigar's cage.

Malzahar

Veigar can easily kill his voidlings with W or just stack two of them with Q in the laning phase. Later on in the game, Veigar is able to out-range Malzahar with his spells.

Orianna

Her great range and CC will prevent Veigar from getting close to her so he won't be able to hit his damaging spells on her. She got a shield (shouldn't be underestimated).

Lux

Her great range and CC will prevent you from getting close to her so he won't be able to hit his damaging spells on her. She got a shield (shouldn't be underestimated).

Kassadin

He can easily ult out of Veigar's cage at any time and dodge Veigar's abilities while poking him (most likely with his Q). His passive allows him to take 15% reduced magic damage.

He can use his E to get out of Veigar's cage. He uses his abilities to farm and thereby always keeps enough distance to you.
