Garen Passive Ability
Introduction
Garen, the pride of the Demacian military and the leader of the Dauntless Vanguard, returned from this battle breathless for the first time in his career, though some speculate this was due to reasons other than exhaustion. The plausibility of these rumors was bolstered when, in every instance thereafter, Garen seized the opportunity to encounter the Sinister Blade again. A paragon of Demacian ethic, Garen never entertained such allegations, for he knew others couldn't understand. Even simply the pursuit of a worthy opponent on the battlefield is, to a true warrior, the reason to rise each morning. The promise of one, particularly one so beautifully and diametrically opposed, is the validation of his existence.
"The most effective way to kill an opponent is to slice through the man next to him." - Garen, on front line strategy.
Hello Everyone, Redwarewolf here, and today im gonna show you how to play with Garen
Basically i build him straight tank changing some items depending on what the game needs and how im performing, Why? Because i find that a tank Garen can be really hard to kill and still have some preety nice damage to make kills
Pros:
-Great passive to stay in lane
-Can be really tanky wirh right build
-Ulti can assure kills
-Has a silence
-Damage Reduction Shield
-Great Champion early game
-Abilites can work as escaping mechanism
-Uses no mana
Cons:
-No CC
-Slow atacker
-Slow with no Movement increasing items
-Not great initiating fights
-No spells to protect team
-You end up hating Cooldowns
Even though it has a few Cons, Garen can still be an awesome champion, the cons i wrote are just minor things you wont feel them much in-game. (except the cooldown´s part, it does get annoying sometimes)
I find that there are plenty of ways to build Garen tank, depending on how you are performing and how is the opossite team performing.
Force of Nature: Extra Movement speed for chasing champions+MR+Great Passive ;)
Mercury's Treads: The CC Reduction and the small MR it grants will be enough for starting games
Spirit Visage: Cheap, Cooldown Reduction, Health,Mr, Why not?
Quicksilver Sash: Even though i never use it, its good to replace Cleanse and has some nice Mr, id still get some other items instead of this one.
Thornmail: Lots of armour + Passive that we all love
Sunfire Aegis: Some nice armour, health and the passive will help you farm minions for extra gold
Randuim's Omen: Armour, some health, and passive to slow down your enemys, great item
Atma's Impaler: Lil armour, crit + passive if you have lots of health (If you bought warmogs or frozen mallet) will get you some really nice Atack Damage
Getting a Force of Nature or Warmog's Armour and combinating it with Atma's Impaler should get you around 200 Atack Damage and really hard to kill with some other tank items
A Balance build to use against a balanced opossite team could be, Mercury's Treads, Warmog's Armour, Sunfire Aegis, Force of Nature, Guardian Angel, Atma's Impaler.
You will be as hard as a Rock and you will still have some good damage to get kills
If you need magic Resistance

: Nice spell to get some kills, or escape from an enemy, I highly recommend it
: Good combination with Ghost, slow down your enemy to escape or just finish him off
: Flash can also be used with garen instead of ghost, same purpose
: I dont use this spell, but can be a nice combination with flash.
: No mana, no clarity
: You shouldnt die at all with this build, forget it
: Leave it for supports.

Perseverance: (Innate): Garen will regenerate 0.5% of his maximum health per second after not taking damage for 7 seconds.
This is why i really like getting dorans shield, more hp, some armour and Hp regen, combinating it with the passive just stay back for a while and youl be full Hp again
Decisive Strike: (Active): Garen's speed is increased for the next 3 seconds, and his next attack, within 6 seconds, deals 150% of base damage plus bonus physical damage and silences the enemy target for 2.5 seconds.
No cost.
Cooldown: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds.
Bonus Damage: 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 .
Movement Speed: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35%.
Initiate all fights with this skill, silences your enemy plus some nice damage, you can also use it to escape from an enemy with its movement speed increase.
Courage: (Passive): Garen's armor and magic resistance are permanently increased by 0.5 every time he kills an enemy unit. Max 25
(Active): Garen places a defensive shield on himself, decreasing all damage taken for 3 seconds.
No cost
Cooldown: 30 / 27 / 24 / 21 / 18 seconds.
Max Armor & Magic Resist: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 .
Damage Reduction: 25
This is a damage reduction shield, use it before engaging any fight, lets you stay alive longer during those fights, with this, i promise you wont get killed at all.
Judgment: (Active): Garen rapidly spins his sword around his body for 3 seconds, removing all existing slows and reducing the duration of new slows by 50%, plus dealing physical damage to nearby enemies every second. The bonus damage is further increased by Garen's critical strike chance. Damage to minions is reduced by 50%. This cannot damage invisible minions or wards.
No cost.
Area of Effect: 330 (estimate).
Cooldown: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 seconds.
Physical Damage: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+1.5 per bonus attack damage) per second.
When starting the match, hiding in the bushes and using this ability, will tear your enemy into pieces, this is the great and really famous, Garen´s Spin, not even Wukong can match it ;)
Demacian Justice: (Active): Garen brings down Demacian Justice on his opponent, dealing magic damage, plus additional physical damage per amount of health his opponent has already lost.
No cost.
Range: 400.
Cooldown: 140 / 120 / 100 seconds.
Magic Damage: 175 / 350 / 525 .
Physical Damage: 1 per 3.5 / 3 / 2.5 health missing.
The big giant sword that we all know, when to use it? Well, NEVER use it to engage a fight, only when your enemy is at low hp and that you are sure that it will kill them, they may live from time to time but if you know your damage, it wont happen.
Just rememebr to, activate your shield, Decesive strike, Judgement, Demacian Justice to kill him ;)

Many players asked me how to sucesfully ward a map, and where to do so, as Tank, warding can really help our team, secure kills, see where the enemy is heading and many things you can imagine. I took some pictures to teach you how to ward properly on Summoner´s Rift.
First of all il show you the 3 lanes
Now the section´s of the map where you should place your wards
