Introduction

Hello,im Battle brawler and this is my guide on mobafire for gragas,i have been playing league for about 3 years now and have alot of experience in top,mid and most of all jungle.Gragas is an insanely strong jungler with no actual weak points and with this guide i will show you how to maximise your potential as gragas.

5 reasons:Why gragas

1.Gragas ganks before 6 are stronger than most junglers and lets him snowball lanes earlier than other junglers, after 6 his ganks are insane and he can gank and kill even full hp enemies under their tower due to his knockback from his ult.

2.Gragas is the Jack of all trades, having high base damage and good scalings, sustain that scales of how tanky he is,good clearing times, good objective control with his w percent health, powerful initiation with his ultimate and even more powerful disengage with his ultimate,on a low cooldown.

3.Gragas mostly aoe damage lets him gank bot even pre-6 due to his q aoe slow,e aoe knockback and stun and his w's damage reduction letting him tower dive at early levels.

4.Even when behind gragas can farm and catch back up due to his high innate sustain and AOE damage.

5.Gragas is good at sieging due to his ranged poke with q and even better at going in due to his damage reduction from w to soak up alot more damage and point black stuns, slows and knockback. His pushing potential is better than most mages due to his iceborn gauntlet letting him chunk towers very quickly.

Pros/Cons

-Gragas needs items to be at his full potential, being underfed and not having your iceborn gauntlet or rylai's is detrimental

-Gragas has high base damage and good scalings

-Gragas has great sustain with his passive that scales off his max health

-Gragas has damage reduction to help tower diving and soaking up damage in a fight

-Gragas has an insane amount of cc that makes his ganks very effective pre-6 and absolutely monstrous once he acquires his ultimate, which is on a low cooldown

-Gragas clear times are quite fast due to his percent health and AOE damage

-Gragas teamfight potential is godly due to his AOE damage and ridiculous amounts of cc,his engage power with his ult and even stronger disengage with his ult.

Masteries

You get this to have early damage to help your clears and provide you damage until you get your iceborn and Rylai's.You get other ap related masteries for the same purpose.

You get this to help your auto attacks hurt more since it scaled on your AP and affects your auto attack. Most useful when you get 3 or 4 items to increase the damage, helps when you body slam in with your w enhance attack.

Taking masteries that increase your health directly affects his passive, allowing your passive to heal you for more and giving you flat tankiness early on.

You can take this as in helps increase your teams damage quite a bit since your AOE damage procs the mastery and your team can follow up to do additional damage.

Dont take

I feel this mastery is bad for Junglers as you take the increased 1% damage from all the jungle monsters, but you only deal 2% more damage to the monsters you actually hit, thus losing unnecessary health which is bad when you want to power farm the jungle
