during lane phase, Braum is quite strong, and during the first three levels he's at his peak, if the enemy engages pre LVL 3 then you will win this fight you need to fight back and at best get a double kill if they don't engage then click e and walk up to them and proc your stun if your ADC follows up you will win this, post 3 you need to watch out for poke and kill them on engages, try not to engage too much.

during a team fight: if your team is engaging use your ultimate for an aoe knockup, this is great with a yasuo, and also allows your aoe mages to deal lots of damage, after that try too tank for the squishy members of your team and stick to one enemy to apply HoB. If the enemy engages use your ultimate to peel them of your backline then use HoB to get a single passive proc on as many people as you can, hopefully your bruisers and adc will proc a least one stun, once youve done this peel for your adc and keep them alive.
