Use ur w for either his r or q.

A good nasus wont let u play the game and will e max and poke u down.
Let the wave shove into you and try ur best to freeze and deny farm from him.

1v1 tips:
Pretty easy to 1v1 he just indirectly counters you by denying u snowball and perma scaling.
If you are even 2 items he beats you with ult.
Unironically get fed first and deny him farm and plates, end game in 25min.
ps: you can buy a cull because u most likely wont be killing him.
also take mr rune :D.
Graves
Cringe matchup take bone plating and preserve it by minion blocking his shots.
Let wave shove into you all in everytime the wave is on ur side.
1v1 tips:
Always all in if he uses his e.
Use w and hold it until he has to reload.
Escape his smokescreen immediately.
Post 6 if the lane is even the matchup is free.
Fiora
Walk out of vision if she has a favorably placed vital.
If u get lvl 2 first all in.
Pre 6 dont all in unless you have an advantage ie: level, item, hp.
1v1 tips:
If she does parry your e, dodge with q or walk away, ( you can all in if u have ult).
W her E dmg.
Bait her W with ur E, DO NOT ULT IF SHE HAS PARRY UP (assuming ur trying to rq combo).
If u have full passive you can fight her on a wall so she cant proc passive(applies for ult too).
Skill matchup favored for fiora but your teamfight is better.

Assuming you are ahead u beat him post 6.
1v1 tips:
You cannot w his R (true dmg).
Do not fight him unless he has used his e because it can cancel ur q.
Q his Q .
You can W directly after he E's you.
Take ignite since he will most likely take ghost.
If he cancels ur q run.
Garen
Lvl 1 all in if hes actively shoving the wave.
You can let the wave push into you and look for a lvl 2-3 all in.
Do Not trade with garen and actively look to all in to kill or force a back.
Pretty boring matchup just dont feed him you outscale.
Post 6 you beat him pretty easily.
1v1 tips:
U can easily bait his q and look for an all in.
W his E dmg and look for a kill.
You cannot W his R so dont even try it.
Early try to save R until he tries to run away.
Jax
Lvl 2 all in unless he wastes his e.
Always let him engage first pre 6.
Post 6 bait his R and walk away then the 1v1 is easy.
1v1 tips:
If he EQ's you, use ur E on him and walk away till his E dissipates, all in afterwards.
You can also just hold W when he all ins you.
Whoever snowballs first wins dont get cocky lvl 6 because his ult is broken in a 1v1.
Akali
If she Qs the wave you can safely walk in to trade or cs (she only has enough stamina for 1 early).
She cant really fight you if u have your W pre 6.
Post 6 is you are even fighting her will be more challenging and skill dependent so try to bully her pre 6 as much as possible.
Early hexdrinker if she is ahead.
1v1 tips:
Always Save your W for her E
When she E's you its always a free E or R for you.
Early Sweeper if you have trouble tracking her in her W.
Remember her R2 is an execute so if you are low u may have to flash it.
Skill matchup favored towards you.
Zilean
You probably wont ever see it but if its locked against you just dodge.
Grasp Zilean is such an annoying lane for you.
Akshan
Avg Ranged Top Lane Bully.
Let the wave shove and save as much Hp as you can.
All in lvl 2 and try to stand behind him so he cannot E away.
If you just manage to get to lvl 6 while even you just win the game.
1v1 tips:
You can W his R.
If he E's into you just all in him and he cant do anything about it.
Just a lane bully so if u survive its pretty free.
Vayne
Avg Ranged Top Lane Bully.
Let the wave shove and save as much Hp as you can.
Lvl 2 all in she won't have her E so you can most likely just kill her.
Lvl 3 onwards she will E you when u try to go on her so if u land E, Q auto then she will E you away. Just use the momentum of her E and walk away, all in when you E is off cd.
Lvl 6 onwards she cant beat you if you are even or more fed
Gragas
Simply if you bait out his E without using Q you will win.
Let the wave push to you all in lvl 2.
Annoying anti dash champ not very hard past laning phase if you stay even.
Hold a freeze and don't fight near his turret unless u want to flash his ult.
1v1 tips:
His E(body shove thingy) is the only thing you have to worry about.
Build early mr if struggling.
Illaoi
Dodging Simulator.
All in if u have dodged her E at all stages of the laning phase.
This matchup can be easy or hard depending on your dodging capabilities.
1v1 tips:
You can Q past her Q.
Walk away if she uses R unless she is absolutely killable.
If hit by E walk out of the radius unless u can scare her into not hitting your soul.
Once again you outscale if even but DO NOT underestimate her R.
Side note: Kill her tentacles whenever possible.
Poppy
Another anti-dash champion.
You can lvl 1 all in if you step on her passive before she can pick it up.
If she takes E(targeted dash) you can lvl 2 all in her.
Once she has W you have to make it your mission to play around that cooldown.
1v1 tips:
Just step on her passive whenever u see it.
PLAY AROUND HER W.
If she all ins you just W all the dmg.
Try to keep her in lane when she is low on mana (will happen a lot).
When u R her she will try to R u just dodge lol.
You can carry harder than she can so at minimum go even in lane.
Camille
Could be a harder matchup depending on the skill of the Camille.
Play around her passive shield.
She will want to short trade with you so try to draw the fights out longer.
Let the wave shove into you but be clear of the walls becuase of her E.
You can all in her after she all ins you so try to bait her E as much as possible.
You beat her at all stages of the game in even hp fights so don't take to much poke.
1v1 tips:
Dodge E to the best of your abilities.
Q when she tries to W unless its off her E combo.
She can dodge your abilities with her R so just keep this in mind when you all in her.
You will outscale.

Kinda like and easier nasus matchup pre 6.
You can all in her after lvl 2 but try to maintain a freeze.
Post 6 try to snowball and end the game before she hits lvl 16.
1v1 tips:
Be careful because tempo kayle is oddly strong lvl 1.
Other than that don't get baited by her R and you should be fine :D.
