When the other person is trying to farm in lane, make sure you deny them by activating your w to initiate and scare them off. If you want to have a better chance of getting a kill, you farm up until you reach level 2 then you can initiate with your e and then turn on your w. Then just being to fight until the other person flashes away or you can retreat with your w move-speed boost. If you pushed to their tower and have received a kill, then begin to proxy if you know you wont die. This will make your minions get the tower while the other person in lane tries to clear the minion. If you think you have proxied enough, then head to the junglers Golem camps if you're on the blue team. If you're in purple team, just proxy and kill the Wight. After you have killed the jungle creeps, you can go back to lane or proxy. This would put you ahead early in CS and in levels as well. Make sure that you try to get as many minions as possible because you need to be as ahead as possible.
