This build and play style has won me many games with ease, no matter the skill level of my team. Diana made tanky allows you to go in deep after high priority targets without dying in seconds. This guide explains how to succeed with Diana as a jungler in 4 steps:
1. Get to level 6
2. Ravage lanes
3. Dominate the jungle
4. Pressure turrets

It is essential that you get your R ability as soon as possible, thus camp clear speed is critical. The rune page I recommend is for early success in the jungle AND against opponents.
Keep in mind, the fasted way to level up is through camp clear.
It is not recommended that you gank often if at all pre 6. Invades are also greatly discouraged.
My starting jungle path is Blue buff, to gromp, to wolves, to red, to birds, and then krugs.
That's right, you can do a full clear without backing. This gets you to level 4 and enough money to buy all your first back items.
After that first back you shouldn't need to return to the store until you can buy your runic echo gemstone.

Once level 6 you will have a REUSABLE dash. This is important to note since it will condemn most enemy laners. Once a Q hits an enemy, you can dash to them and the cool down is REFUNDED! This combined with your E allows you to close the gap quickly and slow the target down so your laner can unload. Then if any escapes or flash is used, your dash is ready to close the gap again.
The main combo used throughout the game is Q R W E R Q. This combo will kill most single targets. It is preferable to always land a Q before using R since R will always be off cool down, but it is always possible to use R to complete a kill without landing a Q.

Diana's Q reveals enemies that are hit. This makes the jungle the perfect place to catch people off guard. With good warding habits Diana can easily pick up a kill or 2 off the enemy jungler or roaming laners. Since her R allows her to dash over walls, Diana can catch enemies that other junglers cannot.
Additionally her dash can be used repetitively on dragon and baron allowing for easy clears...and steals.
R E Smite is almost guaranteed to steal a camp. R gets you in range of the camp, E causes the jungler to be airborne thus unable to smite the camp. You then can freely smite the camp and steal the buff.

Diana's passive cleave allows for turret destruction like no other AP champion. Every 3rd auto does massive damage to turrets. This combined with a lichbane proc every 1.5 seconds makes taking turrets a piece of cake. Constant pressure allows for your team to set up important fights, but more importantly keeps the enemy team on the defensive.
Eventually turrets fall, enemies are caught out trying to clear waves, and inhibitors are lost. The rest is ending the game like any other.
