Pros and Cons of this strategy.

Obviously this isn't conventional and it's almost always better to just pick a normal bottom lane or to go Singed top. I made this because I only going top lane Singed every game got old and I wanted to mix things up. That being said he'res the pros and cons

Pros:
If done correctly the enemy ADC will have little to no map pressure and will be pretty much useless until far into the late game which if you're playing this right won't happen because you'll already have won.
You'll be at the enemy inhib by the 20 minute mark if done right.
Fun as ****.
A nice change of pace from the standard top lane or jungle Singed.
Cons:
If done incorrectly the enemy ADC will have insane damage earlier than they usually do.
If the enemy jungler camps your proxy you lose the hyper push ability.
If the enemy jungler camps your proxy they have easier access to dragon than they would if they were camping your proxy top lane.
Requires your support to be premade and most likely in voice chat.

What to do

The best supports for this in my experience are Soraka, Alistar, Heimerdinger, or any high disengage or high heals per second support (I don't receommend sona she's too squishy and has no cc outside of ult and E + Passive slow.)

Basically go to lane and get bullied until you have Corrupting, Dark seal, and cloth armour. Once you have these items you can go behind the 2 enemy turrets and start proxying. WARD THEIR JUNGLE AND RIVER HEAVILY!!!!! Your support should be taking TP + Ghost, flash, or exhaust. Start proxying while your support sits in the little bush in between turrets healing you or just sitting around until the enemy collapses on you so they can disengage. Continue to proxy forever until you get to the enemy inhib tower. If you're able to you can go past this by double/triple proxying in the enemy base. You and your support should both be taking Zz'rot and placing them at your tower until you get the enemies first tower. Then either place them mid/top lane or place them in tribush to assist your push. It'll be hard to push the tower infront of inhib tower if you aren't able to base proxy so if you can't just kinda chill out and push when the opportunity arises.

Play proxy top lane first.

If you play this like you do normal champions you will ****ing lose. I highly recommend learning top lane proxy singed before trying this as it's harder to survive a 2v3 than it is to survive a 1v2.
