Pros ✓ Ranged Champion ✓ Good Laning Phase ✓ Second Highest Range thanks to Lvl.5 Toggle On Switcheroo! ✓ Amazing AOE Damage thanks to Toggle On Switcheroo! and Runaan's Hurricane ✓ Decent CC thanks to Zap! and Flame Chompers! ✓ Global Burst Damage thanks to her ultimate Super Mega Death Rocket! ✓ Fast Turret Pusher thanks to Toggle Off Switcheroo! ✓ Snowballs hard in teamfights thanks to her passive Get Excited! ✓ Rewarding when she's mastered

Cons (Χ) No escaping skills (Immobile) (Χ) Loses against most of the ADCs on a 1vs1 scenario (Χ) Highly dependent on her support (Χ) Her Zap! is hard to hit due to the delay and the small hitbox (Χ) Requires good positioning in teamfights (Χ) Can't melt tanks as fast as the meta ADCs at the moment except if she gets Blade of the Ruined King and Lord Dominik's Regards (Χ) If she's behind its really hard to come back to game (compared to other ADCs) (Χ) Also...she has no breasts

Rules are really important in League of Legends. Making the correct choice and combination of them will surely grant you a remarkable advantage over your opponents. There are two reasons I am not using the classic 14-16% attack speed runes on Jinx.

[1]Due to the new changes/buffs on Warlord's Bloodlust ,having more Attack Damage gives you way more lifesteal and
[2]thanks to Jinx Switcheroo! after three attack speed items, such as Berserker's Greaves, Runaan's Hurricane and Rapid Firecannon she overcaps the maximum attack speed, which makes that 14-16% attack speed thanks to the runes, useless and we certainly don't want that.

• Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage: It gives you a good ammount of AD that works perectly with your keystone Warlord's Bloodlust
  
• Greater Mark of Attack Damage: As I mentioned before, the more Attack Damage you have, the more lifesteal you'll get back.
  
• Greater Mark of Critical Chance: That 1% RNG can sometimes save you or secure you a kill, also Warlord's Bloodlust is amplified by Critical Strikes.
  
• Greater Seal of Armor: Its the new 'korean' meta on which you take four armor seals and
  
• Greater Seal of Health: five armor health seals.
  
• Greater Glyph of Magic Resist: Since Ability Power supports stopped being in meta, such as Zyra , Malzahar and Zilean, 6.7 magic ressist is all that you will need in the laning phase, except if you're against an APC Ziggs or Mordekaiser but the odds are with you.
  
• Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist: It gives you 12 Magic Ressist at level 18, its really helpful but it can be replaced with 4 Greater Glyph of Attack Speed or 4 Greater Glyph of Magic Resist.

Flash: You should always take flash, its a must for pretty much every champion besides Singed , Evelynn and maybe Shaco.

Heal: If flash was the bread, then the heal would surely be the butter.

Cleanse: It's pretty useful against ignite and CC such as Ashe Enchanted Crystal Arrow. I also recommend it when your support s that freaking star**** Soraka. You will simply Cleanse their Ignite and let that busted goat to heal you back to full hp in one second.
