Blade Surge is very effective, you can use it when enemys are fleeing if there's a low hp creep click Bade Surge on him and then you'r Blade Surge's cd is refreshed and you can activate it on fleeing enemy.Now ultimate Trancended Blades is very effective as a healing material so if there's a huge creep line and if you have low hp use you'r ult on them to heal you'r self don't wurry cuz it have's low cd.
