Hello Everyone this is my first guide. Jarvan is a Tanky Dps champion with loads of carrying potential in the top and jungle. He can burst down squishys and tank and the same time. All and all Jarvan IV is OP.

The runes are kind of straight forward. it gives him more damage, resistances and more attack speed which is nice. nothing fancy here

I run 12/18 because it gives jarvan enough clear power while keeping him alive in the jungle.

All of these items are pretty much no brainers. Stalker's Blade - Warrior is without a doubt the best item for a bruiser jungle, it gives armor pen, damage and a slow. every other item is just plain and simple and you substitute in items whenever you need.
As for laning All of the items maximize damage output while still maintaining a healthy tankiness

Pros:
[*] Good Presence
[*] Strong Pushing
[*] High Cc
[*] Strong early
[*] Strong Prince Man

Cons:
[*] Squishy until late game
[*] Champions that can escape your EQ combo will outplay you and beat you
[*] Bad against champs like Riven,Zed Etc..

Ghost good. The Mobility is not really needed but it can be helpful for chasing or escaping.

Ignite good for dueling.

Exhaust good for dueling.

Smite unquestionable as jungle

Flash this is probably the best way to go with smite but the other options are good, top lane take this with teleport

Teleport best way to go for top lane, gives map control, but u can take the others

Start e for the extra defense and attack speed, start blue then take out gromp and wolves. take crab and look for a gank. once you gank, the enemy jungler will look to take your red or gank the opposite lane, have your mid laner ward it for you. with your eq combo there is generally a guarenteed flash or kill.

Jarvan is a beast here. He has his eq ult combo wich always guarantees a kill or flash if they have no escapes. Try to look for a gank bottom and pick up drag. In team fights look for a clump of people and ult them. Your job is to lock down as many people as you can so they cant get to your team. Ulting solo is pointless. getting the mid or ad carry in your cataclysm in your ult is key even though fights are possible if you dont lock them down.

At this point you are a big wall blocking everything for your team. zoning off their carrys as much as possible in teamfights is now your job. after that, you either ult their carrys or just zone them away look to peel for your carrys.
