this is my first guide and I want to give a good guide on how to play Karma.
After the Redesign I'm still trying to improve and correct my guide, so I'm sorry that it is not finished yet. But I will change that soon :)
This guide is under construction.
I'm still thinking about more information to put in this guide and I will also update the visual appearance of it.

I usually go 21/0/9 masteries (seen on top), so I get more movement speed, mana regen, and I can hold the blue buff longer, for longer CD Reduction and Mana Regen.
Also possible is 21/9/0 or 21/6/3 for more magic res, health and armor or speed.
A lot of early magic ress is pretty annoying for the enemy. ;)
Passive Gathering Fire:
"Reduces Mantra's cooldown by 1/1,5/2 seconds each time Karma damages an enemy champion with one of her abilities (Half-effect for Karma's basic attacks)
Q Inner Flame:
"Fires a blast of energy that explodes on enemy contact dealing 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+60% of ability power) magic damage to enemies in the area and slowing them by 25% for 1.25 seconds."
So it is a skillshot that "explodes" when it hits an enemy and deals some aoe damage in a small area around.
This is your main damage tool.
W Focused Resolve:
"Karma forms a tether to target enemy champion, revealing and damaging the target for 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+60% of ability power) magic damage over 2 seconds, dealing 10 / 18.33 / 26.67 / 35 / 43.33 (+10% of ability power) magic damage at 0.33-second intervals. If the tether is not broken after the 2 seconds, the target is rooted for 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 seconds."
It is similiar to Le Blancs Ethereal Chains. First there is a "line" between you and the champion you target, while you deal damage over time to the enemy and then the enemy is rooted for some time. Rooted means that he can not move at all but he can still casts abilities and auto attacks. But when the line breaks earlier you will not deal the full damage nor root.
"Karma shields target ally, which absorbs 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+50% of ability power) damage for 4 seconds and grants the target 20% / 30% / 40% / 50% / 60% bonus movement speed for 1.25 seconds."
This is pretty self explaining. It is a shield that "absorbs" damgage and you get movement speed.
You can cast it on all friendly units (minions, champions, yourself,...)
"Karma empowers her next ability within 8 seconds for an additional effect.
Mantra is available from level 1 and can gain a maximum of 4 ranks."
Q Soulflare: Inner Flame deals 25/75/125/175 (+30% of ability power) extra magic damage and leaves a circle of flame at the impact area or upon reaching maximum range, slowing enemies for 50%. After 1.5 seconds, the circle erupts, dealing 50/150/250/350 (+60% of ability power) magic damage to enemies in the area."
So it is the normal Q Inner Flame but when it hits the enemy, it creates a field and after ~1,5 sec it explodes and deals a lot of damage to everyone who is in the field.
W: Renewal: The link deals bonus magic damage to her target, healing Karma by the same amount while the two are linked. "
All the damage you deal through your W Focused Resolve will heal you for the SAME amount.
E: Inspire: Allied champions around Karma's target become shielded and gain movement speed; Enemy units around her target are dealt magic damage."
The shield explodes and gives your allies a shield and damages all enemies around.
R Mantra: If you level Mantra up, it will increase the damage of all abilities which you activated with Mantra ( Soulflare, Renewal, Defiance).
