Introduction

Firstly, I want to say that this is my very first guide. I don't have so much experience with building guides, but I know a little ^^

Anyways, my name is Jimmy and I play at the EU West server. Mostly as AP champions. Katarina is my favorite champion, and i played her a lot. Which is why I made this build actually ^^ I don't have any main lanes, but I think I like playing jungle the most.

My division and stuff isn't any good or bad, since I don't play so much ranked, but further I will do. I played this game for a while now. And I've learned alot, but I have much left.

Anyways, support, tips and recommendations would been great :)

Pros / Cons

Pros

+ Epic roaming champion
+ Awesome passive that even though can give you penta
+ Amazing "secondary flash" with her shunpo ability
+ AoE ultimate
+ Works like a super effective beyblade
+ Easy to play as fast as you learned her basics
+ No skillshots, Hakuna matata!
+ Good farmer

Cons

- Your ulti can easily be interrupted
- Melee champion
- A bit hard to master her ultimate

Early game

Katarina's early game is pretty good enough, and she is a wonderful roamer. The best thing you can do to reach level 6 as fast as possible is to roam or just farm.

A ward or 2 is always good to have, so you can use your "second flash": Ward ---> Shunpo.

Mid game

Now, even stronger and better.

Finally you got you're ulti, and now its time to give them some arse whoopin'. Your ulti also works as a surprise for lane pushers.

Now when you hopefully got Rabadon's deathcap, you will get an excellent burst damage with all of your spells.

And remember to ward the area of your lane, so you can avoid ganks for example and shunpo to them.

Late game

Now you may find out that it's getting a little tricky. In the late game your enemies have realized that you are a big problem for them. Remember to not waste your ultimate, because you will really need it in a teamfight. And you won't do so much damage without your ultimate.

Summary

As you guys see I haven't worked much with this build, but I will might do further. Because I feel that the build could be much better. But as I said, I didn't spend much time on it. Anyways, thank you for checking my guide and I hope you'll have use for it. Have fun playing out there, Cya!
