These let runes let you start with lots of AP that your masteries lack. It also gives you Magic resist to help with aggressive AP carry.

These masteries let you start with 10% cd reduction. It also gives you spell vamp and bonus buff duration. You can play by going down the Offense tree but i always did better with max cd reduction.

Boots and pots are a pretty common spawn pick. On Lissandra its decent. If you want you can pick up a ring but i would suggest boots and pots to dodge those skillshots.

ABYSSAL SCEPTER is a great item on Lissandra. Since her range put her almost in melee range, you are always in range for the aura.

SERAPH'S EMBRACE is a good item on Lissandra because its give you the needed mana for her mana problems and give you a shield to help you survive those range problems.

FROZEN HEART its a optional item but i quite like it. Its gives great cd reduction and armor. It also gives you mana to help your Seraph's Embrace.

DEATHFIRE GRASP its also optional but if you get Frozen Heart it will max out you cd reduction for maxamin spell spawning.

RYLAI'S CRYSTAL SCEPTER will give you some needed HP and a good amount of AP with a great added slow to all your ability's.

ZHONYA'S HOURGLASS give some good armor and a great amount of AP. It also gives you a second ult for a whole 4 secs of Invincibility.

LIANDRY'S TORMENT is the best way to get some magic pen. Its AP isnt great but its passive makes up for it. Since your Q slows movement you dont even need Rylai's for its damage to double.

You always want to be spamming your Q, In the early game you should be waiting for your passive. Its kinda hard to hit because of its range, but with some practices its a lot easier to hit.

Your W need to be used very carefully. Its range in pretty small so you need to remember the range. It's very easy to waste so use it wisely.

DON'T WASTE YOUR E its a good way to insensate but if you can walk WALK. If people are smart they can take advantage of you wasting it Its you best escape tool.

Your ult can be a great stun. Its a good time to spam your Q but wait for it to finish before using you W for max disable.
