Ofc there are some Champions that are scare if they get fed (Rengo), but there is no real counter for Yi (no, Jax isn't a counter). If you are good with Yi, you can use Q and W so effectively, u can 1 vs 1 EVERYTHING :). Just dont fight this guy pre 6.
