Hello everyone. This is my first build so there may be something wrong. Soraka is one of the most underrated champs in League of Legends and is also really fun to play, so I decided to make this guide so that you could try it out.

3:00AM. I want to do a last match and then go to sleep. I say "mid" and then think of a champ. I didn't want to play seriously because I was asleep, so I picked Soraka, just for the lulz. In the loading screen I realize that I'm the only AP in the team and I'm against an Ahri in mid. F*CK. Well, np, the match starts, everyone to their lane and we start farming. The jungler NEVER ganked, so it was like a 4 vs 5. Nobody in the enemy team was buying MR 'cause, you know, the only AP is a Soraka. When I started killing everyone (even the most tanky champs) without dying, I realised I had one of the most OP champs. I was always the focus in teamfights, and the one with the best score in the whole game (13/6/19). I've loved Soraka mid since then.

Pros + Massive healing. + Spamming skills without using much mana. + Useful in teamfights. + You look like an Avatar.

Cons - Squishy, even build like this. - Focus on teamfights. - Your team may think you're trolling.

consecration Consecration: Not a really great passive, but it will help you a lot to sustain against enemy AP mids.

Starcall: Your second source of damage. Spam this to last hit minions. It reduces the MR, so it's also great for teamfights / 1v1.

Astral Blessing: Your main heal and sustain on lane. I decide to max it last because I focus on damage.

You can max out first Starcall or Astral Blessing, it depends on you.

Infuse: Your main source of damage. If they are not building a lot of MR, this will do a lot of damage. It also silences, btw, which is useful against an AP mid.

Wish: The healing that everyone hates. Use it to save someone, in teamfights, or to heal yourself if escaping, even if nobody else needs it.

Looks nice to start a fight.

Gives a nice sustain and some AP. Get it as soon as possible if you want to get it.

Healing yourself with Starcall and Infuse and healing others with Astral Blessing and Wish while you do damage. Sounds nice to me.

It could be nice for the AP it gives, but you don't really need that much mana.

Like with Archangel's Staff, you don't need all that mana. It gives a nice ap, but other items are better.

If you own your mid and want to gank (or even escape), this can be useful.

Why would you want to pick this? Only Viktor can get this item.

Even tho you are playing Soraka, you have to farm. Just last hit and lower their lifes with Starcall.

Your Infuse has quite a nice range, so spam it on enemies to stop them using skills (It doesn't waste mana, btw). Spam Starcall to last-hit those minions and heal with Astral Blessing if he gets you or someone ganks you.

It doesn't matter if you get a kill because this time you are mid, not support, so spam Starcall, which will benefit you and any of your teammates who also uses AP. Heal whenever needed and Infuse the fed enemy AP.
