This is a miniature guide to the Ezreal builds I utilize. I adapt to the game style with this variety of builds. I will provide only a short explanations for each of the builds.

Red AD Ezreal
This variation of Ezreal was the most commonly used build for seasons until the introduction of Blue Ezreal. Though this build is still used over Blue Ezreal as it pumps out so much AD and movement speed to catch up to continue spewing that damage all over the enemy.

Lightning AD Ezreal
This is my favourite and most favoured build as it provides so much mixed damage with the Stattik Shiv. The Q proc is just so much stronger, allowing you to poke harder, as well as wave clear faster. But here's the kicker, the normal Red AD Ezreal build does not have 90% critical strike chance as it doesn't have the shiv. With this high crit chance, it will allow you to sustain yourself with mana, Q proc so much harder and crit the enemy with a higher amount of attack speed, making Ezreal not entirely reliant on his abilities, unlike the Blue Ezreal build.

Blue Ezreal
This is my least favourite, yet most safe build out of all of the builds. It was because I faced a Blue Ezreal that I learnt the power of Lightning Ezreal. This is a safe build as there is one thing Ezreal doesn't have in his kit. Crowd Control. With the iceborn gauntlet, it allows him to poke hard and slow and do aoe damage. And with the high mana he will receive from the Muramana and Iceborn gauntlet, he will be dishing a lot of damage for a long time. But this is a late game oriented build, whereas the other builds are more focused on the Mid Game. This build doesn't stand a chance against Lightning Ezreal.
