So guys this is my first guide here on Mobafire, and i want to show you like i play Mordekaiser. I show you my item setu, my rune setup and i explain it of course, then read the everything befor call me a noob :-)

Edited: added some other options for runes and for some items.

first i have Greater Mark of Magic Penetration for some tune up your skill dmg.
then we have Greater Seal of Armor and Greater Glyph of Magic Resist for some tanking boost for early game and at last Greater Quintessence of Ability Power for some skill dmg boost.

another option is to change the seals and glyphs for:
Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction - allow you to often spam your skills = shield +
Greater Seal of Vitality - gives more HP witch is usefull and you have a biger gain for you spells.

i have standart 21 defense masteries for tanks and 9 in offense for ability power, magic pene and cooldown reduction for boost your spells witch allows you to have your shield always full.

my first item is always the Regrowth Pendant an a Healing Potion of curse, the pendant allows you to spam your skill more often without loosing health. after a good begining i buy Boots of Swiftness for larger speed bonus or Sorcerer's Shoes for magic penetration.After i begin to start build tank items: Sunfire Aegis and Force of Nature they give good Defenses, HP+ regen, and a % mov speed bonus this are standart tank items that i ever use. After you boost your tank stats you can begin boost your AP for power up all your skills = faster shield boosting. good AP item is the Rod of Ages but for morde not because it has a mana boost and morde dont can use it, because that i buy Rylai's Crystal Scepter that gives AP and HP bonus. the next item is Abyssal Mask i like the M. ressist :-) the last item you can choose the Rabadon's Deathcap or something what you need more like an Armor or Magic resisst item, the Cap gives kaiser a really AP boost to all spells.

at first i take Siphon of Destruction - i can nuke enemies from distance or last hit mobs that are not in melle range. second skill is Mace of Spades - single target bonus dmg and hit more targets at once. third skill: Creeping Death its damaging nearby enemies and minions, and improve your Tank stats (defense,m.Ressist) greet to combine with Sunfire Aegis for hitting everithing around you for great dmg.

Last skill is the ulti - Children of the Grave great skill can kill escaping enemies even they runing to base. after killing somebody with this debuff on it your earn its Slave for few seconds, the ghost is good for hiting enemies or tanking turrets.(the ghost you can control with holdint Alt key and click.

Note: Dmg deal by your first 3 speel improve your shield.

I take Ignite because is great in combination with Children of the Grave for more damage over time.

and Ghost for catching and escaping more better.

Morde is official not a tank but in the right hand he can be immortal ;-) dont forget to use your skill everytime you have them ready ,offense is somethimes the best deffense and the shield makes somethimes the difference betwen win or die.
