Since Nidalee's rework, the Javelin Toss (Qspell) is really less damagefull than before. You have to adapt your gameplay with recent patches, you can forget hard poke with javelin during teamfights.

With New Nidalee your early game is very effective, you can push easily in cougar mode, don't hesitate to harass wih auto attacks in your first levels because you get sustain and you can take the advantage with ignite. At the begining set traps into bushes to get map control.

I propose to you a stuff which permit to reach 40% of CoolDown Reduction as soon as possible. This CDR will be usefull to win your duels with very strong combos. Try to mark the enemy and with cougar mode you will have a real impact with W > E > Q

In this guide you play Nidalee Offtank, during teamfights never jump in because you will instantaneously die. Try to mark the ADC to start the hunt.

With Nidalee you also have an important capacity for split push and you will be quite safe with your jump.
