From the way I see things I believe that rushing a Rylai's Scepter is not the best choice because it doesn't give you the same stats that RoA does RoA surpasses everything that Rylai gives you and the speed reduction isn't really necessary. Rushing a Lich Bane isn't the smartest choice either because you don't have much AP to convert into your AD to make it worth the investment, and rushing Rabadons Deathcap will give you a nice AP boost but wont help you sustain in lane to farm like a beast just give RoA trust me you won't be disappointed.
