This is a test guide to whole new thing.

Your position

It's AP Gangplank but you're not dealing magic damage so it's still better to go for top lane and let someone go for real ability power champion like Veigar or Morgana!

Skills

Parrrley - Is not a waste because your buying Sheen earlier and than Lich Bane when you get some ability power. Don't forget that Parrrley is on-hit effect! Still you need to activate either Remove Scurvy or Raise Morale to deal this bonus damage. Also with Lich Bane effect on this ability at the end of the game you will deal approx 800-900 physical damage!

Remove Scurvy - Removing crowd control applied to him and granting him a lot of health. The bonus HP ration is 1.0! At the end you can regenerate approx 1000hp with this ability.

Raise Morale - Granting some attack damage for helping in last-hitting and some movement speed which is always useful.

Cannon Barrage - Great global ultimate that can help you or your teammates. The AP ratio on your ultimate is only 0.2 but still you gain some nice bonus damage on it.
At the end of the game you will double your damage on ultimate! not a joke.

Items


You have big cooldowns on your abilities and that would be a big problem without this item.
Also it gives you 15% CDR.


Giving you 80 ability power and a lot of health.
You also get some more crowd control!


Without this item your Parrrley wouldn't do any damage.
When you use you ability your next attack (or ability with on-hit effect) will deal bonus physical damage equal to your ability power. This also gives you 80AP and some mag. resistance/movement speed.


Giving you crazy amount of ability power which is extreme level of damage.


Giving you some damage and crazy amount of sustain, lifesteal is more important.
This item will make you more unkillable!


When we talk about being immortal...
When Guardian Angel activates just hit your oranges to be full HP again.

Greater Mark of Desolation Greater Mark of Desolation
Armor penetration is extremely useful because bonus damage from Lich Bane is physical damage and it can be countered with armor!
1.66 x 9 = 14.94

Greater Seal of Clarity
Some mana regen is important since we're not buying any.
1.17 x 9 = 10.59 (at level 18)

Greater Glyph of Force
Gives a lot AP which is important because we are playing AP Gangplank and per level because you don't need a lot of AP till you get Lich Bane!
3 x 9 = 27 AP (at level 18)

Greater Quintessence of Potency
I will just say that these gives you 15ap on the start, if that isn't the reason to buy these I don't know what is.
4.95 x 3 = 14.85 AP
