Hello MOBAFire! My summoner name is KillaCamTron and my current elo is silver 5. this is my first build guide ever and what follows in a fun niche build for eve that i really enjoy.

So as you can probably tell by now this build is focused slows, slows, and slows. Utilizing eve's ability to jump on the back line of the enemy team and keep them from going anywhere while staying alive and pushing out consistent dps.

This eve build is very different from most others in that you are not really a bust assassin, or an ad caster/bruiser as much as you are a highly mobile, utility based ap off-tank. your main goal with this build is to gank often for nearly every lane(primarily mid and bot) offering as much map pressure as possible. your 3 core items [rylai's crystal scepter], [frozen mallet], and [iceborn gauntlet] all offer you both offensive and defensive stats with a very high amount of utility. when this play style is combined with the spamability of eve's q, her attack speed from her E, the mobilty of both her passive stealth and her W, as well as the aoe slow from her ultimate, you are completely inescapable which is the focus behind this build.

Eve scales with both AD and AP now so building both the scepter and mallet offers you valuable offensive and defensive stats, both of which increase the dmg on her q(which you will be maxing) while increasing your hp giving you more survivablity and when combined with the utility of both slows you can easily close the gap on your targets, or kite away with ease if thing get too hairy, making you very annoying with high hp and sustained dps while incredibly hard to kill with great escapes. combine this with [iceborn gauntlet] and you can go and do basically whatever you want all over the map: peel for carries, aoe slow multiple opponents, splitpush and 1v1 then escape with ease, hunt down weakend targets, turret dive, effectively anything u want to do.
