So I have been trying Zyra jungle and it works for me.
I don't know if shes 100% viable for ranked games but it is a fun thing to do in normal PvP.
CG Reasons

Fast clear time with her E W W Q Combo
Long range on her E
Shes a ranged champion (you can apply red buff with ease)
She has minion tanks with low cooldown
She has alot of utillity and is good late game
She can check brushes with her seeds
CG Runes
The reason behind Lifesteal Quints is that you can heal enough to sustatin in the jungle.
This is because your auto attacks will heal you while your minions tank.
I have tried other set-ups and it didn't work as good as the current one.
CG How to Gank
-
1. Look for a pushed lane
2. Wait till they get too close to your turret
3. Run up to them to apply your red buff
4. Enemy is slowed so you can easily hit your E and plant 2 seeds for slowin plants
5. Enemy flashes or dies
DONT FORGET: Keep autoattacking so that the target keeps being slowed
