Ladies & Gents, the latest champion to the League of Legends (March 2nd 2013) is out. What can I say about Quinn? She is probably the funnest ADC I have played. Her ability mechanics are so smooth and fluid, that you can combo her ability's together so well. She is a high burst, high mobility carry. I'd also say that she is a Hyper Carry like Vayne. As far as I've seen she has no AP ability's witch in my mind makes any ADC a Hyper Carry. May the 'Wings of Demacia' carry you through Elo Hell.

- Squishy - Needs Farm/Kills to do Well - Susceptible to Crowd Controls - Get's Shut Down Easy - Have to Have a Good Understanding of Her Ability's to Play Her Effectively.

Quinn works well with these Runes for the main fact that the Early Bonus Attack Speed makes her Attack a lot faster than most ADC in the Early Game, When you add these with your W that you should get first on ADC Quinn will make you Attack quite fast. The Armor Penetration at Level 1 should get past most of any of an ADC's Armor So you will be Dealing True Damage at Level 1.

Barrier is a good choice on Quinn it gives her a scaling shield that is helpful for staying alive in fights and exchanges. I like to take Barrier to keep me alive in the early game, and since it scales late game I can use it late game.

Flash is a good escape and chasing tool, I take flash with almost every champ. It allows you too flash to a nearby area, this can go over walls and other terrain. If you are a flash hater you can pick up Ghost but I wouldn't recommend it.

Ignite is a good heal prevent-er and kill securer. If I were to not pick [barrier]] I would pick Ignite its a really good tool too have to rack up kills. On many ADC its effective too get the Masteries that will give you an extra 5 Ability Power when Ignite is on cool down but I find it is not worth it.

- Quinn commands Valor to fly forward in a line, stopping when he collides with an enemy. Valor deals physical damage in an area damaging and blinding enemy's around her.
- Quinn attacking a vulnerable target will increase Quinn's attack speed. Upon activation Quinn reveals a surrounding area for 2 seconds.
- Quinn dashes dealing damage and automaticly put a mark of Harrier on the target. Valor dashes forward to an enemy.
tag team- Valor replaces Quinn on the battlefield as a mobile melee attacker for 20 seconds gaining a 80% movement speed boost and 20% in combat. Upon re activation or after the 20 seconds Quinn descends down dealing aoe damage around her.
