Hello this is Rafor and welcome to my second build on Riven, The Exile. She is a champ that just came out this week and I can't seem to find a guide on Moba that I like, so I made my own and posted it here. Enjoy

P.S I made this late at night and will update tomorrow. I just wanted to get it up before some other Riven build goes up 50%!

Pros:
High Mobility
Quick Escapes
3 Abilities in 1
Good Crowd Control
Her shield actually builds off AD

Cons:
Kinda difficult
Exhaust just kills you
Long CD's
You'll get focused

Runic Blade (Passive): Riven's abilities charge her blade, causing her to do bonus damage on her next autoattack. Riven can store up to 3 charges, but only expends one at a time.

This passive is what gives you alot of your damage. Try to, in between abilities auto attack to use up a stack of this passive. It gives a lot more damage.

Broken WingsRiven steps forward and lashes out in a series of powerful sword slashes. This ability can be activated up to 3 times in a short period.
1st Use/2nd Use: Deals damage to a small area in front of her
3rd Use: Jumps into the air and slams downward, causing a larger impact nova that deals damage and knocks nearby enemies back.

This ability is what I max out first. It's a fun to use ability that let's you keep up with enemies, harass enemies, or get away from them, Thought remember you have to you her passive in between uses or else you'll lose damage potential.

Ki Burst: Riven damages and stuns nearby enemies.

This ability is what you use to stun enemies either trying to get away from you or chasing you. I also use it in a team fight when I find my self in the middle of one to activate a mini Amumu ult.

Valor: Riven dashes forward and gains a shield for a short duration.

Not really much to this ability. It let's you get away or keep up with an enemy like most of her abilities. It's pretty cool though that her shield builds off AD not AP. (Note you can not go over walls with this ability.)

Blade of the Exile (Ultimate): Riven's sword reforms, giving her a percentage multiplier on her total attack damage, extended range on her damaging abilities and basic attacks and the ability to use Wind Slash once.
Wind Slash: While Blade of the Exile is active, Riven can reactivate the ability to emit a large shockwave that deals damage to all units hit based on their missing life.

This ability is what makes you SCARY, I mean SCCCARRRY in team fights. You activate this plus Youmumu's and you win. I ten to use my abilities in teamfights because of the boosted range on your abilities from it. Then you use Wind Slash half way through the fight and hit as many people as possible and you basically turned the team fight in your favor.

Greater Mark of Desolation
Greater Seal of Armor
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage

These honestly are personable preference. I like these because the magic resist and armor for help for early game harassment and the armor penetration and attack damage also help in early game for harassing.

Really it's just the standard 21/0/9 for AD champs.....ssooooo
Thought you could also go 0/21/9 if you want for defense.

I prefer:
Exhaust
Flash

These two let me keep up with my opponent and/or get away. Exhaust can also be used on the carry in a team fight.

Other choices are(From best to worst):
Ignite This should be used in place of Exhaust. It can really help get those FB's
Ghost This would be used in place of flash to keep up and get away from enemies and/or to kite.
Teleport Can be used to get to lanes quickly when they are being pushed or if you died or had to recall.
Cleanse This could be used to get rid of all that CC you WILL receive in a team fight.
Heal This could be used if you're about to die and need to get just a bit of health. Though honestly I wouldn't take it.
Clairvoyance I guess you could take this if no one else has it, but your not really a support.
Revive I honestly think you shouldn't take this, but it's viable. You could use it with teleport or something and get right back into a fight after dieing. Though, it would be a waste of a summoner spell.

DO NOT TAKE:
Rally Come on no one uses this.
Clarity Really????? Did i forget to mention YOU DON'T USE MANA?!

Lastly is:
Smite Well I've heard that Riven can jungle. I'll have to look into this first though.

Your core build will be:
Wriggle's Lantern
Berserker's Greaves
Youmuu's Ghostblade
Bloodthirster

With this build you will be hitting HARD and be surviving by having life steal and getting 300 health per attack from it. If you activate your active from Youmuu's Ghostblade with your ult. You will win. You also get a free ward :D

Luxury Items:
Black Cleaver: Armor pen and attack speed? Yes please!
Trinity Force: Yes so many awesome passives. Specially Sheen's.
Frozen Mallet: Pretty good survivability and a nice passive. Also some OK AD
Banshee's Veil: Survivability and a nice little CC shield. Better for Caster or CC heavy teams.
Sunfire Aegis: Survivability and a AoE damage per sec aura. Mained for a DPS team.
