Introduction
This build works amazing when all of your teammates go for the very top turret in the middle (#1 on the map) and you go to the bottom turret closest to your base alone (#2 on the map) for the start of the match. After they cap that, one of your teammates need to go down to cap your close top turret (#3 on the map).
Otherwise if you have a Heimer or something along those lines on your team going straight to the top to start wrecking isn't a bad idea either and will give you a ton of points for kills.
Skill sequence is also the same as my other build, there is no reason to change them for Dominion. They work very well for both game types. as always Overload needs to stay maxed as much as possible exception being when ULT is available.
The easy way to remember the priority , this applies after you have gotten the first three up which in Dominion is right at the start.

Now for the nitty-gritty part of the build, all of the items.
===========================================Match Start==========================================
Right at the start of the match you need to purchase and . Skills are explained above, but in case you missed it, you need to start with .
A little farther into the match you should have one teammate with you at that turret and depending on the situation you may or may push into their turret once or twice for a few free points if the situation allows for it.
You're going to want to recall when you get to about 1400 gold so that you can go back and purchase Catalyst the Protector, just ensure that when you go back your teammate stays at the turret. Next item up is . You may end up purchasing this at the same time as the [Catalyst the Protector size=32] depending on how much gold you had when you went back.
After you have the you will buy the and finish the beautifully designed Dominion item [Odyn's Veil size=32]. This item is the Dominion version of the , but this one comes with a nice punch. The passive helps to keep yourself alive even longer and strengthens the active the more you get hit dealing up to 400 Damage to nearby enemies. This is AMAZING!!! As if isn't strong enough late game this makes him even deadlier. This is where the biggest change comes, Rod of Ages has been removed because there isn't enough time in these short matches to fully build it up.
Once all of the above are done you need to get the Froze Heart finished. This is where another change comes in, the Guardian Angel has been removed due to the fact that it would only activate once a match usually, so essentially a waste of money.
Now you're a little ways into the match, the next item that has been added into this build is the I know this is an odd item for Ryze but, think about it this way, more mana, more magic resistance, a bit more movement speed, and a little bit of AP (yeah I know Ryze shouldn't build AP, but a little bit combined with more mana helps for even more damage.
Now for another defensive item, this is where I removed the second Odyn's Veil due to the fact that it doesn't stack the magic damage that it collects, so the most damage you can do with both is only 600, I normally will go with the but depending on the game you may want to switch it for another item, use your best judgement here.
After this I guess you can finish off the Archangel's Staff if the game is still actually going, I have yet to actually purchase this in more than one match so far because of how fast the games are.

Pros
Rune Prison on a turret FTW
Cons
-
Deals tons of damage.
Can win most 3v1's when at a turret and 2v1's when not at a turret.
Can stay out and fight for an extended period without having to recall.
This is Dominion so

Same as always for
Dominion is a huge team game, to be successful you need to have a ton of communication back and forth, way more than in a normal match of LoL. Also this game requires you to be even more aware of your map since you can see the other team (assuming they don't change that in a patch) you know where they are going so you can cut them off, or if they are at one of your turrets you can get there to intercept them and ensure they don't take the turret.
