Hmmmmm, I can see some things that could improve :D

What is missing?
- Summoner spell explanation, where you tell why you picked what you did and what the alternatives are.
- Conclusion, always round up your story ;P

What could be better?
* Your structure, especially in the item section. There are always so much item choices and they all are different and stuff, you can't put that in a nice story easily. I advice you to make a table, or a list of items that are good for Sona.
* Information and explanation, some of your chapters just lack it. Like Runes, Masteries and skill sequence.
* Change the skill order, by starting with . Because I know that that spell is your priority, but your pictures tell otherwise :P which is kind of strange :P

I agree with what @devdevil had said. You need to add more to your explanations, and crystalline flask would be a better starter item for it will heal AND give you mana more quickly than faeri Charm

Also, no explanations for skill sequence selections.
Plus, is much better than starting with .
Price difference: Crystalline Flask costs 45 gold more.
Effect differences: Crystalline Flask restores more in 10 seconds than what Faerie Charm can in a minute. Do the math by comparing them (Faerie Charm = 36 mana regeneration in 60 seconds, whereas Crystalline Flask restores 40 mana in 10 seconds, and you can do it 3 times, with health).
And you can still get 3 Sight Wards with (225+75+75+75=450).
Math FTW.
