This is my very first guide, thank you for reading it! This guide was composed by me and my own meandering experience. I enjoy playing Heimerdinger, so I welcome first-timers in the queue and long-time players looking for a new strategy. A solo top Heimerdinger may seem quirky or unheard of, but I assure you it's effective. With this, you can crush any Garen, any Pantheon. Thank you again for reading!

Pros and Cons of Heimerdinger.

Pros:
-Very helpful in teamfights, keep enemies at bay with turrets.
-Passive health regen, CAN HEAL TOWERS.
-Impressive stun and blind
-Ult gives passive CDR
-Ridiculous range on Rockets.
Cons:
-No natural escape, a well thrown E is required to stun.
-Squishy early game
-Useless when everything is on cooldown
-Slow moving

Farming with Heimerdinger.

I can almost guarantee you will have the highest creep score in your match.
Heimerdinger's Q is a great way to get minion kills, plant it a little off the main stream of enemies and it will blast away, earning you constant gold. Take heed, early game they can easily be disposed of and mana-costly to rebuild. Also, late game with a lot of AP it is fun to throw your E into a mob of creeps. Instant gold and satisfaction upon detonation.

Teamwork

Heimerdinger is definitely not the one you would use to initiate. Though, Heimerdinger is useful when getting Baron or Dragon, keeping enemy champions at bay while you get your gold. Heimerdinger can provide constant damage during teamfights, being very useful even when he isn't there. His ultra-long-range rockets are useful in giving chase to an enemy. He can provide quick stuns and blinds so his teammates can escape if a battle looks bleak. Upon activating his ultimate, his turrets will become ice-cold death machines, ripping apart enemy health and slowing them for a quick escape.
