Items

Doran's Ring - Increases healing with your Hungering Strike Gives a fair amount of health, Enough mana regen with masteries to stay in midlane for a while

Sorcerer's Shoes - Helps in early game damage, Can be switched out for Merc Treads or Ninja Tabi

Guardian Angel - Hilarious when rushed, Buy what counters your lane first and If needed buy parts of it before you finish your boots.

Spirit Visage - Not really needed with CDR but for people who don't have it can be switched out for Warmogs or Aegis of the Legion, Madreds blood razor or what ever you need.

Force of Nature or Sunfire Aegis - Choose between the two Sunfire cape can be replaced by Randuin's Omen or Banshee's Veil

Get the other item

Rylai's Crystal Scepter - Gives AP to increase Q, And Slowing Whats not to love?

Masteries

Not much to say its my preference of 10/20/0. Can be replaced by a 9/21/0 or 21/9/0 Depending on your play style
