Top Laners: Veigar doesn't do well against one of these unless they are squishy because mid game he wont be able to kill one and most dont build ap.

Junglers: It depends if they are tanky or not like top.

Mid Laners: If their mid laner is a mage like Karthus or Lux for example, you will be able to insta kill them once you get Rabbadons. If the mid laner is and assasin like Akali, Zed and Kassidan, you will have a hard time unless the assasin is bad.

Adcs: Like mages, once you get your Rabbadons you will be able to insta kill them.

Supports Same with adcs and mages.

Combo

Use your q to farm and to kill. E>W>Q>R and dead unless the champion is a tank.

Pros:
Able to kill any or adc mid to late game.
Infinite scaling Ap
Event Horizon is good for escaping and helping your teammates escape
He's Evil
Punishes mages for building right
Great Combo

Cons:
Weak Early game
Very Squishy
Bad against tanks and assasins
