with this build and items you can kill their hard carry or tank easily with your passive!

i could easily kill xin or draven with full hp 1v1.
just learn how to use Q in brush !
combo :
E + Q
R + Q + E
Q + E ( Brush )
choose your boot by enemy type ! if they have lots of CC get anti-cc boot for your passive
if they have just 1-2 champion with slow effect choose anti-slow boot
if they have not any cc champ choose attack speed boot
just try to slow enemy as much as you can before you die, then the enemy is yours!
you can ROCK when you are alive or death
