Swain dont really have any counter at botlane.
He can dominate the lane easily and be the true carry of the game at mid and latgame.
He is good with any adc but he works really well with adc's with higher attackrange.
I have 95% winrate (20games) right now with this guide.
I recommend u to try this, im sure that will work for u as well.
In addition to being easy to climb the ranks, its really fun to be the carry as a support.
