Introduction
Building Taliyah as an Ap offtank might be the best way to build her, cause of her low Ap ratios I wouldnt say shes a good Full Ap Mid-Lane Champion at all.
As an Ap-Offtank she has the chance to get into the teamfight without fear, that way she should be able to land some sweet e + w combos.
