You should take quints to spellvamp and marks to magic penetration. In TankVlad, you should take defensive seals and glyphs, im damagaVlad offensive.

My best masteries to vlad are 19:0:11. You have some AP and CDR and Spellvamp. In TankVlad, u can take 9:21:0 or 0:19:11 too. In damageVlad good are 21:9:0.

You should max Q, after it E. In 1st level take Q, on 2nd level u can take what u want- E or W. W- if you need escape mechanism ( f.e. lee sin in enemy jungle ), E- if you need harass and farm.

Really good summoners on Vlad are flash+heal. You can take ignite , but i prefer heal. In damage vlad,ignite is better. If you want to play very offensive, you can take heal+ignite. You can take ghost too.

-One of the highest sustain in the game....................-Weak early game
-Good escape machanism.....................................-He hasn't got good burst damage
-Very good mid game and good late game.....................-Weak CC
-Beautiful ultimate in teamfights
-Good harass and farm capabilities
-No mana
-Best champion in the game :D

One of The easiest creeping in the game, only mordekaiser has easier creeping abilities. He hasn;t got mana, so u can spam with your spells.

If you are playing on solotop, u should initiate teamfights with your ultimate. Remember, u should use your ulti at the begining of fight. In Ap Carry position, u can use ult after initiate, use your Q and E and W. After the end of Sanguine Pool, u should use you Q and E. And win :D
