Hello peeps! this is why i use the build and how is it helpful.

the reason why i use this build is because i fine it very helpful for the APC's and survival cause when your a support like soraka your probably gonna get focused alot in teamfights so u wanna build armor and health and MR so u can tank the team plus u can heal urself including the team so probably you will get like a 70% chance of having your team still alive.

1st:when you get Mercury's treads when u get stunned from like taric or silenced from cho from champs like them the silence's and stuns will be shorter than normal plus you have cleanse so you can take off the stun and silence and when u do your adc or anyone on your team is getting under attacked you can get to them quicker and heal them before they die and try slowing down the person that was trying to kill your ADC or anyone on your team and save him or her.

2nd:once u get Rylai's crystal scepter u can go into the teamfight and slow down the whole enemy team with your starcall and plus it gives u health obvis xD.

3rd:once u get Abyssal scepter u can go into the team fight and debuff the whole enemy team if they are within range of the scepter and u can also spam starcall and debuff their whole team again which i fine really helpful for the APC"s cause if u get 10stacks of the debuff on anyone on the enemy team you will get total of 140 MR (magic resist) debuff on the enemy team and ur APC's can have fun nuking them.

4th:once u get ur Seraph's embrace u can use that item to shield u so u won't die from a global ultimate like lux ez or ashe's ultimate and it increases your healing spells.

5th:once u get frozen heart it will slow any enemies around u just like Rylai's crystal scepter plus it gives u mana to increase the shield on seraph's embrace and it gives you 90 more armor so when you use your arstal blessing you will probably have like almost 300 armor so you can last more than 2 seconds than the usual soraka builds.


well thats about all hope you will have fun tanking the teamfights and debuffing the **** outa the enemy team so your APC can of have fun nuking them!!! good luck hope you love it!!!
